Tokyo House was about to close for good when someone bought it to keep it open. It's always been one of our favorite places for great food, sushi, fun, and atmosphere. Went back to check out how it was going with the new owner and mind blown. Leo is the new owner and master sushi chef. Wound up talking with him and our awesome server Sylvia. Best sushi I've ever had hands down. My wife, brother, and I loved it. I didn't think it could get better but Leo raised the bar. The lobster roll was awesome and the cold cock was fantastic. Going to make it our weekly date night. Thank you Leo!

By far the best sushi in Ridgecrest. Habachi grill is also available. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

not very authentic taste. we spent over 60$ and left hungry. not much taste in general (we had seaweed salad (good), 2x veg. dragon roll (just sweet, no other taste), another veggie roll (ok but nothing special), noodles we’re disgusting. service was super nice.

I ordered the spicy garlic shrimp with fried rice and miso soup. I also got some soft shell crab sushi. The food itself was alright. shrimp had a great flavor, but it was kind of chewy. However, the sushi was delicious. The food isn't even the best part. The best part is the hibachi experience. Watching your food being made in front of you is a treat. And to add on to it, our chef and waiter were really kind and helpful.

Food was ok, the meat was dry. They use chicken breast instead of thighs which is uncommon for teriyaki chicken. The portion is good though. The one bad thing is that both my husband & I had a bad stomach after eating here.
