The room was untidy, with worn-out furnishings. The air conditioner/heater unit was extremely loud and had broken vents, making it uncomfortable. The room itself was cramped and disappointing.

I booked through Booking.com and paid in advance. When I arrived, I handed the front desk my ID. The staff member worked on the computer and then told me the payment had been declined. I explained that this was impossible since the amount had already been deducted from my account, and there was no indication on Booking.com that the payment failed. Despite this, he continued working on the computer, eventually handing me the room key. When I asked if the payment had gone through, he finally said yes.

Overall, the experience was frustrating, both with the room and the check-in process.

Quiet. Rooms kept clean. Staff was wonderful. Price was perfect. Close to 24/7 gas and shop stop and not to far from regular shops. Only 1 issue was I did not have any large towels when I first arrived but management was more then happy to accommodate. They did upgrade room from 1st check in which was a.larger room with 2nd bed and kitchenette with small dining room. Thanks so much to them they made us feel comfortable!

Very nice and peaceful hotel with friendly staff, in a good location and with quiet surrounding. Well equipped, clean with comfortable beds. Really recommended!

Positive: The owner or manager whichever was accomidating and kind he tried to make excuses for the used already used soap, dirty floors, towells and coffee until he understood what I was telling him and apologized but offered only a apology Negative: I would have liked at least half my money back if not full refund

Amazing customer service. Staff was very friendly. The rooms were well kept and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here. Price was cheap and affordable and is near most places in town walking distance.

This is a good motel at a good location in Ridgecrest. Ideal if you want to visit the Death Valley National Park, which is around one hour fifteen minutes from here. We had a good 2 night stay here and the owner made sure that all our needs were met. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

Least expensive hotel in town. Gave us a free room upgrade. 5 stars on clean safe place to sleep with excellent water pressure in shower.
