Called precision because my ac blower wasn't working . I already bought the part and asked if they could install it. When Mike came out to take a look at my unit. It is working again and only charged me the diagnostic fee due to it wasn't the blower motor and he checked everything and turns out it wasn't the motor. But possibly could be the module, relay, or the thermostat. Mike is very knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone. He doesn't BS around trying to make a pressure sale as other companies would. He recommended it keep my motor for future just in case.

Fantastic, simply amazing. It's very hard these days to find good companies to trust and work with.
Michael was open to come out and look at the unit as well as willing to do the work if he was able. In the past, I have shopped around, and used many companies that charge high fees who came out, quoted a price then had to reschedule with a tech for repair. Then, when the actual tech came out they either didn't have the right part or no time where they had to come back or had NO clue what they were doing then charged another fee.
Michael is kind, trusting and understanding. He went above and beyond of what he did, also answered any questions and explaining each step along the way. There was no pressure to buy a new unit, only to suggest we keep an eye on the unit to see how it functions and can cross that bridge later if need be, however he left that up to me to decide.
Thank you Mike for showing me there are blessed people that still exist today with your work ethic!
If you're looking for a reliable, trust worthy, down to earth, old fashioned air conditioning company,(although just working with Mike thus far, my experience with this company has been a great experience), I would DEFINITELY recommend Mike and his company to anyone in need of Air Conditioning repairs.

Mike really addressed the issue when our AC stopped over the weekend, twice! I was able to call on services both Saturday and Sunday and work is guaranteed. I’m in the Mulberry area so this is a local business not another company all the way from Tampa charging crazy prices. As hard as it is now financially for people I feel his pricing was fair and I would definitely recommend calling Mike with Precision for the best running AC possible.

Outstanding service answered the phone ready to help at 5 AM superfast arrival time. Michael worked hard to diagnose our unit and followed up with solutions quickly. Turns out replacing my AC unit was the best choice given it was over 10 years old. Michael helped us find a unit to meet our budget and installed it the same day outstanding service, and professionalism. I highly recommend precision AC services.

Awesome! My husband and I installed 2 thermostat, it all went well until we installed the 2nd one. Followed instructions just like 1st one, still I can't tell you what all went wrong. Finally had to call Precision AC Services, man named Michael came out in no time, thank God because it's 9 pm, my bedtime, my next move was going to hotel. Honestly, I thought we had really broken everything, so bad that he couldn't fix, but that wasn't the case. He had everything up and running in Lil over an hour, ahh where's my bed. Problem taken care of, price little to nothing. He made our night, thanks so much again!

Amazing, simply amazing. It's nearly impossible to find good companies to work with like this. Michael was quick and willing to do the work. We shopped around and was charged service fee after service fee and when the actual tech came out their quote was so out of our budget it was unreal. Michael was kind understanding and no up selling either. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company to anyone that needs ac work. Do not shop around, just call them, you won't be disappointed.
