I recently had the pleasure of working with Omar, an AC technician who did an excellent job on servicing my air conditioning unit. From the moment he arrived, Omar was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my system and explained everything in clear terms, ensuring I understood what needed to be done.

Omar worked efficiently, taking the time to clean and inspect the unit thoroughly, making sure everything was functioning optimally before he finished. I was impressed by his attention to detail and the care he took in making sure everything was in perfect working order. He even took the time to offer tips on how to maintain the system for longer-lasting performance.

Overall, Omar provided top-notch service, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of AC repairs or maintenance. His professionalism and expertise made a big difference, and I feel confident knowing my AC is in great hands.

Jesus was excellent. Although it was an issue that was resolved due to my error, he checked every component for proper operation. He recommended some preventive maintenance that we chose to have done as we have experienced the end cost of these components failing or causing other damage to the compressor. Everything was explained and the system was fully operational within an hour. As a business owner, we empower our techs to be involve and take a personal interest in each client as if they were family. I seek this whenever we have something that I’m not familiar with or equipped to do myself. Jesus did amazing job in all aspects. Communication, communication, communication is extremely important to us and in all aspects of this service call and recommended maintenance, he did a wonderful job. Highly recommend.

This is absolutely ridiculous! My ac is not working properly at all! I took a picture with a uv light because dye was added into the system and you can see it! Now the ac is running over 17 hours a day straight! Which has made my electric bill go up drastically! This has gone on far enough the company better make this right! To invest $18,221.00 is absolutely ridiculous and they don't even care to make sure I'm taken care of, when it states in your contract 100% 2 year satisfaction guaranteed, and I've been dealing with this since June 1st 2024 which was the install date and they didn't even finish on that day. They had to come back on june 4th 2024 to finsh, and im stilling dealing with this now a month later is absolutely ridiculous! Everyone stay away from this company.

No my ac can't even bring the humidity down! The A/C constantly has puddles of water underneath the outside unit and its getting worse! It's constantly above 60% sometimes 70% and at night it only gets down to 56% humidity. It is absolutely ridiculous that this is happening. After investing 18,221.00 for a new system and now I'm having issues left and right. No one ever trust this company, especially to do an install. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!
I have asked other experts about this and everyone has agreed, it's a terrible install and with all the issues that have been brought up with in 2 weeks things need to be corrected or action has to be taken more seriously about these issues. it's absolutely ridiculous.

The service provided did not meet expectations. Upon arrival on June 1st, 2024, the technicians lacked the necessary materials to complete the job. They commenced work at 8 am and continued until 10:30 pm, yet they were unable to complete the task. Consequently, they had to return on June 4th, 2024, to finish the job. This resulted in multiple trips to retrieve essential components, causing delays and inefficiencies. Furthermore, the installation process resulted in damage to my property, including cracks in the ceiling and damage to the attic during the installation of the air handler and as well not handle the outdoor unit with care just tossing it around. Additionally, the placement of the outside unit was aesthetically unpleasing and as well the electrical wire is extremely stretched, it could possibly pull its self loose or come apart, which could potentially impact the resale value of my home. I encountered unprofessional behavior from the lead technician, Johnathan, who made impolite remarks. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services, particularly if the technician assigned is Johnathan. However, I must acknowledge the positive attitude and respectful demeanor of the technician Angel. All this headache to pay a little over 18k is just absolutely ridiculous.
