I seldom leave a review unless I feel it's absolutely necessary. United A/C & Refrigeration has been the only choice for all my home's A/C requirements since we updated our units a few years ago, and we're sticking with them.

They're highly professional, offer fair pricing, are customer-focused, and above all, they take pride in their work with friendly staff. My A/C unit chose to take a break at 4:45 PM on a Friday night in early August in South Florida: "Yes, terrifying." It was a relief to have a technician promptly assigned and dispatched to me.

I would not just recommend United A/C & Refrigeration but also encourage everyone to ask about their preventative plans, which also help save money! I want to express my gratitude to all the staff for their professionalism and genuine care.

I am beyond pleased with the service that was provided by this company. From the time they answered the phone until the time they left my COLD house they were 100% professional. Dominic took his time to explain the process and didn't make me feel like I was annoying him or asking too many questions. Dominic came out to check on my AC unit that had been leaking. He was quick to find a Freon leak, refilled it, explained what needed to be done, and put in the warranty repair. Very professional, quick, and great to work with.

Dominick was the best AC service tech that I have ever experienced. He truly went above and beyond the call of his duty. First, he resolved our problem with the clogged drain pipe. Secondly, he noticed that our new AC unit was improperly installed and suspecting that it was never registered and without a permit, he made a call verifying it to be true and preventing us from losing out on our 10-year warranty in time. He also took additional time to re-pipe poor work done from the initial installation; not affiliated with his Company; pro-bono. He performed excellent service and AC workmanship. I highly recommend Dominic.
