Great store, with friendly staff and tons of tables for open play. Played a warhammer 40K game here last night and I was really impressed with the tables and scenery options.

Good place for FNM but be mindful of the parking situation.

I heard that the parking lot and the street parking have different rates etc. So one may be better than the other.

LOL don't ask the worker as she is not very helpful. Just pointed to the payment portal sign they had printed out. However, talking to the other players, they had a lot of useful advice that would have been nice to know.

Also, still talking about parking...lol. But when I asked for more time during the match, in order to check on my parking to avoid a possible ticket. The worker was passive aggressive as she pretended not to "hear" or understand me when I asked for the time extension 3 times. Like just tell me "no extra time" haha.

Anyways, nice space and players but don't depend on worker for anything meaningful lol.

Was introduced to this spot by a coworker of mine and it’s now become our regular go-to. This is a great spot for playing anything - boardgames, warhammer, MTG, infinity, D&D, etc. They have huge tables (and a good number of them) and it’s only $5/person for an all day play pass. We frequent this spot every Tuesday to play random boardgames and there’s usually a good number of people playing commander MTG and some folks playing infinity. Everyone’s very welcoming, so there’s something here for everyone. I still venture out to Gator Games for their huge boardgames selection, but Heretic is the spot to go to for general playtime and the environment is top notch. The associate, Dale, is awesome, welcoming, and knowledgeable (he’s been my D&D resource). Cannot recommend this place enough!!

Popped in today while visiting town, friendly staff that were super helpful for a new person to tabletop games. Good selection of board games as well. Great shop, will visit again!

This has been a truly wonderful experience. I have been to other game stores and they did not feel as bright, clean, open, and friendly as this one. The staff truly understood and took their time to explain all and any questions I had about mainstream games like Magic or Attack Wing; even non-mainstream games like Star Realms and Eldritch's Horror. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

This is a great local game store, very large selection of board games and other table top games. The prices are about what you expect, sometimes being comparable or even better than online websites (e.g. Amazon). Nothing like taking home a game on the same day. They also have events almost every day. They seem to have some Magic the Gathering singles, haven't fully explored what they have.

Awesome bunch of folks. Very knowledgable about their games and willing to be helpful. Shopping at their store is always an enjoyable experience, they do a great job at making you feel welcome. Lots of play space for role playing, war gaming or board gaming. Clean well lit environment and within easy walking distance of food and Starbucks. Great location. Hope these guys are around in business for a long time. The mid peninsula needs a store like theirs, far better than that crocodile game store (if you're a Bay Area gamer you'll know which store I speak of) Heretic and Endgame are my two go to game stores!

The Dekya (Dekya Dayeah Drake)

People are friendly and they have a wide variety of table-top games in the store you can buy. You can try the board games too, for free! Some of the people will even play with you if need be (well they played with us anyways). There's a weekly table-top RPG (like D&D and I heard Star Trek too) and you can join them if you're really into that. It's a really awesome place.
