Un hotel muy limpio,tienen habitaciones disponibles al momento de una emergencia,el personal muy amable solo una recomendación deberían poner cosas de aseo personal,como desodorante,crema,pasta y cepillo dental todo en travel size,ya que habemos personas que por emergencia nos tenemos que quedar.

Super limpio, perfecto para un lindo escape, tiene un bar , es pequeño y tiene tooodo lo suficiente para pasarla bien, y el precio Increible comparado con el resto, muy amables y muy lindo el lugar ... Me encantó !!

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. First, the room we were given did not match the pictures advertised online, which was very misleading.

On top of that, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. My two kids and their mom shared it, and none of them got a good night's sleep.

I stayed in the queen bed, but when I tried to get up and walk to the restroom in the night time, I hit my leg on the bed frame, resulting in a very bad bruise. It was painful, but since the kids were already asleep, I didn’t want to cause a scene.

I chatted with the front desk about the incident, but the manager was unable to provide any solutions or assistance for my injury. They promised to follow up with a call within 24 hours, but unfortunately, I never heard back from them. I am giving management another 48hrs to reach back out to resolve this before I escalate to their corporate office.

Mad Professional

Not a bad stay. I was here as a guest for a wedding. This is a classic hotel that is extremely well kept. For the room we got on the first floor, it was extremely large! However, I feel like the lighting is poor in the room given its size.

There are no lights above the main portion of the room and lights on the table barely offer visibility.

Everything else was great and our visibility issues aside, the staff were friendly. Oh, do consider parking if there are large groups staying here as the parking lot and the front of the hotel can get filled up quickly.

For years we always stayed in the nearby Hilton. So first time. Room is huge, at least the one we were in. It is clean and smells good. The small patio towards the Main Street is scarily structured but I guess no one should be on top of it anyway.

Everything works and the staffers are nice and helpful.

I personally have no issue with the underground parking and yes, I also ran into the bed corner few times. It hurts.

One thing I do dislike, is the shower enclosure. Why it has only half glass door? And why the shower heads are located in the middle then? It makes a messy situation every time we used the shower.

Never had the chance to try their onsite restaurant.

But we probably will come back. No offense Hilton.

I have stayed here multiple times over multiple years. Overall, the hotel gives a great appearance and feels upscale. The rooms are comfortable, and our AC was able to cool down the room adequately. Unfortunately, the beds had sharp corners that we frequently kicked. Some of the bathroom doors were in the barn door style and never worked properly, so they left a large gap, and everyone in the room could see/hear everything happening in the bathroom. The parking was also lackluster. There is parking up front that is great if you can get a spot. If not, you are doomed to park in the dingy lot under the hotel. The gate to get in is too small, and it appears many cars have scraped the edge getting in, and the parking layout makes no sense (maybe supposed to be a valet?). There wasn't enough space for all the cars trying to park. My last issue was with the breakfast service. It appeared they had one person serving and one person cooking, the service was terribly slow (50 minutes for 5 people), and they got some parts of the orders incorrect. The prices also seemed quite high for the quality of the food. We noticed other customers in distress for not getting their food. At least the beds were comfortable...
