The father of the company is very rude and disrespectful and RACIST! Do not suggest this company to anyone! He yelled at me after first trying to apologize about pushing my AC call to the end of the day when he was here all ready early that morning doing other calls! This company came out multiple times and never communicated about what’s happening and why the problem keeps happening with my AC system. The father kept trying to shush me repeatedly as I was responding in defense from being yelled at in front of my company and while my child was home! The audacity of the father to scream out “you must be Hispanic, you Spanish people are like this!” I am beyond disgusted and appalled that this company could even be in business! As a business owner you should hold and maintain a professional attitude and communication! We the people hire YOU not the other way around!! BEWARE!

Russel came over and fixed our AC when it went out during the heat of the day!! Keep in mind we have many large parrots who cannot handle those high temperatures and he arrived rapidly and fixed my AC in little under an hour after I called, super fast. Before writing my review I noticed many other reviews pertain to driving. THIS IS AN AC BUSINESS NOT DRIVERS ED, your reviews are irrelevant to this business and ill be reporting all of them. Keep your reviews about AC please its misleading to other people who actually have an AC emergency .You guys sound like a bunch of cry baby snow birds who cant drive. 🤣🤣

I never seen the man drive but he was nice and professional with me. I called him at an off hour of the evening and he answered and was more than happy to help me with my ac. He fixed the problem and was very knowledgeable and thorough. My ac has been running great ever since!! He also charged me a great price. I have no complaints and I will be referring him to people I know. Keep up the good work!

Sitting here reading all the reviews in this horrible company. I own/operate a dump truck. As I was driving this morning, one of the workers was upset that I was taking off slow from lights and goin a couple miles under the speed limit. He then pulled around me flipping me off. When I ended up next to him at the light. I laughed. He continued to flip me off. So I asked if he was jealous that my truck was bigger than his. As we continued down the road he would swerve in and out of other cars. I called the number on the van. The male who answered claimed to be the owner. He claimed he could see me by the vans GPS. However he failed to acknowledge that I had already j formed him I was no longer by the van. He then proceeded to tell me I was the bad person for going slow. Well I’d rather go slower and be safe. I’m driving a 70,000 pound vehicle. I wonder if the owner will care once his business goes under.

Driver felt it was necessary to rush my cautious 17 year old driver out on a road with a car accident by laying on a horn, no concern of her safety with traffic in all different Lanes due to the accident, he laid on the horn pulled up to the side of my daughter's window flipped her off and cussed her out when she called the the company they informed her she must have did something wrong and female drivers. Apparently the company has absolutely no people skills, unprofessional, uncivilized, and apparently no time management if he's in such a rush. Who turns around and flicks off 17 year old kid that's new to driving for a year because they're being cautious? Most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with in my life, should not be in business because they do not know how to run a business.

My wife was driving home from work the other day. She was at a light that was yellow turning red and it's a dangerous intersection so she was being cautious... well the driver also known as the owner of the company started cursing at her flicking her off signaling that she's overweight .. so she called the number on the van .. come to find out he's the owner and was very rude. She was trying to give her side of the story on what happened and he didn't want to hear it. Said the guys have long days at work and he has surveillance on his work Van's and hung up!! After carefully reading the reviews I am now turning AC 911 into the better business bureau.. you make people feel uncomfortable and unsafe while driving ... good luck guys !! Be safe on the road!!

Seriously I felt bad for this guy even though he tailgated me for 4 miles, passed me on the right and cut me off in traffic and then called me every name in the book, I felt bad for him.... until I read these reviews. I thought the dangerous driving and the foul language were the result of a bad day so i wanted to cut him some slack. Hey Buddy whomever you are it Looks like you need some help with managing your stress and anger. Take a yoga class or something. Walk in the park. Get some kind of help PLEASE. I suggest you get it before you dig yourself a deeper hole. These reviews should be a wake-up call.Good luck.

Like many other reviews on here I had an incident with one of their drivers. To him, I didn’t accelerate fast enough from a stop light so the AC 911 van’s driver pulled up and started swerving toward me screaming “wake up a_ _ hole”. When I pulled up to get the number off the van to report their crazy driving employee he swerved at me again. Called the company and the owner (that answered) basically blew me off. I wouldn’t use this company if they were the only AC repair company in town.
