My experience with them was very good, I poured a basketball pad for Dawn of Hope Ranch and Ministries there in Florissant - they were on time, good price, and the driver even jumped out and helped when I was getting in a bind. The site mix concrete was great so I didn’t end up with a load setting up in the truck from the Springs. Will use them when I’m pouring up here in the mountains.

Will never use this company. 3 weeks ago contacted them and arranged to get 9 cub. yard footer job to be done on October 11th. Called them on the date to check what time they will be coming? Answer was that it will be cold and they can do it 1 week later. Said ok. On October 18th tried to call, no answer. Drove over and learned that they are not coming. spent another 3 days trying to get them to do the planned job. They even didn't pick up the phone... Today got it done using Transit Mix from Colorado Springs. Save your nerves and get another company for your concrete job. They are only game in the area, that's why behave so bad. Whit manners like these the business can not survive in an area with some competition!

Horrible customer service. Use Ute Pass Concrete they will deliver more places than AC.
I called for concrete and the guy that answered was rude and talked over me. Tried telling me he was worried about the truck not making it even after I told him I had a truck the same size at the site the day prior. Also told me that a concrete truck with 2.5 yards weighs 80,000lbs.
He then said he would give me a call back and never did.
My coworker went with AC and the truck driver said it wouldn't be an issue to back into the driveway and get into position to pump concrete to his site. Then another guy showed up and said no and made them use a tractor bucket to move the concrete. After the last load he just took off without letting my coworker wash out his equipment as promised.

They arrived on time, at a very reasonable price and the driver even helped me screed the concrete when I came to the end of my strength. He was a real blessing to me and I will definitely use them the next time I need this service. Service above and beyond is what you will receive from them. They are the BEST!!!

I have never been able to do business with A C Concrete. I have called them on several occasions and either talked to someone or left a message but have NEVER gotten a call back for reasons unknown to me! Most recently I called to inquire if I could purchase the rocks that were piled up at their Florissant location off Highway 24. I spoke to someone and they said they did not know if the rocks could be purchased but they would find out and call me back. After about 10 days I called them back as I had not heard back from anyone. I spoke again to the same gentleman and he said he still did not have an answer as to the price but that he would talk to someone and call me right back. I have NEVER, as yet, heard back from anyone! All I can say is it must be great to have so much business that they can totally ignore inquiries from potential customers! It does seem strange to me that a caller could be treated in this manner and frankly I will no longer even consider doing business with them even if the rocks are for sale!

Update; I called on July 26, 2018, to see if I could get a price on the boulders at their Florissant, CO, site. I did get a call back with a price so now it is up to me to determine if I want the boulders at the price they gave me!

I called to get a quote for concrete. They said to send in the plans which I did immediately. There was no response for 2 weeks so I called again an left a voice mail. Still 2 more weeks later, there is no response. These people do not want your business, they do not respond to requests. At the very least they could tell you that they do not have any time or when there next available time is. I would not recommend this business so that you do not waste time waiting for a response.

Justin the driver went above and beyond. We are retired and not in the best of health, he did the leveling for us. The delivery was on time and the concrete mix was very good.

Worst customer service on the planet! If you’re a contractor then beware!! I ordered concrete from this guy a week prior to the pour date, I called to confirm and he told me he just couldn’t get to me “so tough”! As I was trying to explain that I was a contractor and he put me in a very bad spot, he started speaking over me chanting, “find someone else” as he hung up the phone.
