DO NOT hire this company!!!!! My insurance company hired this company for us and they have horrible communication skills. They came and misdiagnosed my washer several times and they last time they didn’t even put my washer back together correctly. It didn’t even work for a full cycle after there so called repair they did the last time. Then they came back on the third and said the washer was not repairable but still have not sent the report to my insurance company. Both the insurance company and I have called and left several messages trying to get a response so we could move forward and nothing. So if you want someone who will not answers and always put you on the back burner then this odd the company for you.

HERE IS MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS NIGHTMARE COMPANY: I was asked to use this company by my warranty company and I must say this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Very unprofessional and do not seek to do the best for their customers but tell you the parts aren't covered by warranty so that they can scam you for more money. For more than hundreds its insane!!! I personally was in communication with Anthony who was very rude over the phone. I had their tech come out to do a diagnostic to my Samsung Fridge and had my compressor and circuit board parts orders by them to then have a call from Anthony 3 weeks later to tell me he received the parts but since my fridge was still under a 10 year warranty by Samsung that the warranty company would not cover parts nor labor. After I received a call from my warranty company they actually approved all parts and labor. So I called AC Appliance and spoke to Anthony whom was beyond rude and told me there is nothing he can do as he did not have an email from my warranty company advising what was covered and he would not be out of money for parts and labor as he told me I had to pay him over $600 for repairs even though my warranty company covered all parts and labor. I had to 3 way call the warranty company to AC Appliance to have Anthony hear directly from warranty that all parts and labor was covered. He felt so dumb after hearing it from warranty after he tried to scam me for more money that he told the warranty company he was cancelling my service call and that he was making me use another contractor and wait another 3 weeks without a fridge. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED AND BE TREATED WITH DISRESPECT AND FEEL LIKE YOU OWE THEM WHEN THEY SHOULD BE DOING THEIR JOB. VERY AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Was forced to use them for home warranty coverage for three different appliances. One of my appliance I was informed would be impossible to find parts for. Called back a week after initial appt and was told they had parts for some items but were waiting on the rest. Called back again another month later, was told they couldn't find the parts for one of the appliances and home warranty company was trying to find them. I was fine and waited a few more weeks to reach out to home warranty co. which I did only to be told that they were waiting to hear back from AC Appliance if they could even do the job. Call back AC appliance a week later (we are over two months now) and was told they DO have part but are waiting on backorder for a couple of them which could take anywhere between 1-3 weeks if not longer.

Decided to end this with the home warranty company as I was given the option to receive a cash payout vs doing the repair. Was told AC appliance was perfectly fine with this as they could return the parts no problem. On accepting, AC appliance decided that restocking and shipping fees, per part (for what they already had), would be $60ea. Obviously gouging and making over $500 for doing zero work. Over 2 months of waiting and would've been well over 3 if not more had I let this go on and I had to purchase a new wall oven for far more than I received from the home warranty due to fabricated return fees, which they would not provide proof of.

DO NOT hire this company. The most shady and dishonest company I have ever encountered. Sadly I can't post review without giving a single star.

Amazing experience!! Was really in a bind with the heat wave and my AC unit not working and they squeezed me in! Derek was great, quick, and honest with what needed to be fixed and explained it all. Will definitely recommend this company to friends and family!

My dishwasher failed in early January. AC Appliance were the only service vendor i could use on my home protection plan for a dishwasher failure. Their tech told me that there should be no problem getting parts, coverage and getting fixed within the week. A month later, after hearing no updates from them i reached out to their office and spoke with the office manager (Anthony?). In the rudest way possible, he informed me that Old Republic denied the claim and that was that. I asked why they didn't call and update me. Again, in the rudest manner possible, i was informed, that they didn't have to do that. I ended up reaching out to Old Republic directly and they hadn't denied the claim, but instead were going to pay AC Appliance directly to replace the dishwasher. What's sad, is that not only did they lose that job, but as a Gen Contractor who specializes in Kitchen remodels, I am always looking for other service providers to service my customers appliances. Guess who is not getting any referrals, and from the reviews I've seen on this page, apparently, I'm not the only one whose had an encounter with this customer relations gem of an employee.

Derrick came to my house to service my dryer and fridge . I use them to perform preventive maintenance on the appliances today. Great work, professional and reasonable price. He called when he was on his way. I have used this company several times during the years for service and preventive maintenance I highly recommend AC Appliance.

Called and talked with Anthony about my refrigeration system. He was very knowledgeable about my system and diagnosed my problem quickly and made the repair. Very friendly and I could quickly tell he knew what he was doing. In the future, I will call AC Appliances if service or repair is needed.

They picked up their phone, gave a good time to come over, and fixed my air conditioner. What more could you ask a company to do. The experience, friendly service, and good price is why I have AC Appliance in my address book. Having a reliable company to call when things go wrong is so important.
