I just had my 6 month maintenance completed by Rachelle K. and let me tell you it was the most professional and comprehensive service I have ever had provided by anyone. She was extremely pleasant the entire time she was in my home. She took the time to explain everything that was included in my maintenance visit and review some aspects of my new system that I purchased 6 months ago that I had questions about. Rachelle was very thorough in the work that she completed and ensured that she maintained a clean work environment. Jay D just did our 1 year inspection on our A/C and heat pump unit. He is so personable, polite and knowledgeable! He took his time to explain what he was doing and answered all our questions. Ray was a our tech for tuning up our new system at the end of the year. He took the time to show me pictures and explain what he did to check and clean our AC system. He was courteous and even closed the gate in the backyard once he was done so our dog wouldn't get loose. Thank you for a superb job!

Andrew was professional and courteous. He serviced my ac/furnace most quietly and unobtrusively while I was on a zoom call I had to take. He explained the problem he found and gave me options. Excellent young man! Represented company very well.
