The good-incredibly welcoming staff upon arrival; there is also free parking right outside the hotel so we avoided the $15/night charge; the rooms make the most of the space with a bench/luggage storage area. The bad: like some of the other reviews, there was not attention to detail in cleaning the rooms after the first night. Our beds were made hurriedly and they did not replace the chilled glasses in the refrigerator, which are a great touch. The prices were also seemed very high for the weekend we stayed so make sure to look at the embassy suite. Breakfast is also not included

Note: the next review mentions street noise. Just play some white noise and never be annoyed by loud noises in hotels again 🙂

Of all the weekends I needed some mommy time I chose the weekend when the tornado was tearing through the south.

As a bonvoy member I just wanted something in town to have my “me time”. Checked in and my first room the ac was not working and it was a room facing the evening sun and when I tell you it was hot it was hot. Maintenance came and they had to eventually changed my room. I was comped parking and got breakfast vouchers for my inconvenience.

The room was clean and so was the bathroom, there was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom, only the toilet roll that was on the holder that wasn’t new. I wish there was a microwave in room instead of by the elevator landing where the ice maker is.

Over all the front desk staff was amazing. Despite this, I will be staying there again. Location is great

Rooms are not very clean. The bathroom needs deep cleaning, including the floor in the shower. I found half used body lotion in the bathroom. Super jealous of the cleaning person to leave it for me. Tables on the first floor had greasy finger prints. Hot coffee is not ready until 6:30 am. Breakfast not included with hotel stay. This evening room smells like burned plastic or rubber. Shower strength is weak. The room is comfortable. AC is loud. The location is great.

Cleaning needs to really step it up here. Been staying here since it opened and it’s gone hill quickly. Stains on the floor and mold in the shower. It’s a shame because it’s a new property with modern design and nice food/bev options. They just gotta stay on top of the basics. See the pictures.

This hotel does not meet the usual AC Hotel standards at all. The rooms are not very clean, and the staff seems quite unmotivated. However, the worst part is the breakfast. There was no bread available for my entire stay of a week, the espresso machine was broken despite them marketing unlimited Nespresso and cappuccino, and they only had sweeteners for two days without any type of sugar. One night, I dined at the AC Kitchen and they were out of chicken and potatoes. This hotel has the potential to be the best in town, but the quality of service and how is managed are very poor.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Great rooftop lounge. Polite and helpfull staff. Good parking. Walkable to many bars and restaurants in downtown. Warning - Rooms on street side are loud with car/road noise most of the night.

Not really understanding the bad reviews here. It was excellent when I stayed. The staff was unbelievably friendly. I’ve never had such nice staff before. The room was absolutely beautiful, the beds were great. The shower was gorgeous.

Food was great!! Really loved everything I had. The only negative thing I have to say is that the floor was absolutely filthy. It didn’t look like it when you walked in but my feet were black walking around barefoot. A simple mopping will fix that!
