This November stay coincided with the beautiful maple leaf season. The cash rates during this period were relatively expensive, so I opted to redeem 5 nights using Marriott Bonvoy points. As a member, I was pleased with the benefits, including a 4 PM late check-out and a room upgrade. However, the welcome gift only allowed me to choose breakfast for one day, which was slightly different from other Marriott properties where breakfast is provided for all nights of the stay. Nevertheless, I still appreciated the recognition of my membership status.||||The staff I encountered during my stay were generally very polite. At check-in, I communicated in English, and although the staff’s English proficiency was not perfect, they made a commendable effort to convey information clearly. I was grateful for the room upgrade, as the upgraded room was relatively spacious by Tokyo Ginza standards. Even with a fully opened suitcase, there was ample space to move around. The room also had a functional desk, which was very convenient for organizing my belongings. While the view was limited to the building next door, it was still perfectly fine and met my expectations. Some reviews mentioned issues with water spilling out of the shower area, but I did not encounter such problems. On the contrary, I found the water pressure and temperature of the shower excellent, making it a very enjoyable experience.||||Breakfast was served buffet-style. While the selection wasn’t extensive, there were still plenty of options, and the offerings catered well to international tastes. Overall, I thought it was a decent breakfast experience.||||Aside from the high price point, the hotel’s location was extremely convenient. It was a 6–10 minute walk to the nearest subway station, and there were many shops nearby for shopping. Given the convenience and overall positive experience, I would consider staying here again in the future.

Very very pleasantly surprised by this wonderful hotel. With the three Bonvoy properties all next to each other it was hard to decide but we are happy with the choice to stay here. We did have a larger room which I think always helps in Japan w luggage. Every morning they have free “on the run” grab and go coffee and croissants ? . I didn’t think much of that offering until I ended up enjoying it daily on the way to the fish market. Housekeeping was immaculate. They truly do a spectacular of keeping the rooms clean. The gym is also well cleaned and furnished. The service isn’t as comprehensive as they lack a concierge and generally quite busy at the front desk if you have questions but would still recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
The reception team was outstanding, going above and beyond to assist me despite the language barrier. Even though I don’t speak Japanese, they made every effort to understand my requests and provide helpful information, which made my stay so much easier.

The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the airport via bus. The room was also impressively designed with excellent sound insulation, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful stay without any disturbance from the corridors or elevators.

The breakfast was delicious, and while the business hours were a bit short, the staff more than made up for it with their warm and welcoming service.
They made sure we felt truly taken care of throughout our stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The AC Hotel Tokyo is a solid choice for travelers. It was very pricey for what you get with a hotel in downtown Tokyo.
• Pros:
• Great location, close to key attractions and transportation.
• The hotel is impeccably clean, with modern and well-maintained facilities.
• Cons:
• The bar is quite small, and there’s limited space for gym or other recreational activities.
• Rooms facing the busy road can be quite noisy, so consider requesting a quieter side if possible.

Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks. Perfect if you’re looking for convenience and cleanliness above all else.

Don’t bother staying at AC which is more expensive than Aloft right beside.

Aloft is the exact same rooms as AC, with a lobby that has less nice finishes, but many amenities (bottled water is always free vs limited at AC, AC requires you to explicitly request for cleaning while Aloft does not).

AC charges more and looks better on the surface, but is in fact providing worse service best interpreted as a hotel aiming to cut costs

If you are picking AC, choose Aloft beside it instead. Cheaper and better

銀座にあるACホテルは建物も新しく基本的に問題は何もないかと思います。|今回はマリオットボンボイカードの無料宿泊で泊まりました。|宿泊料が高すぎて私には有料で宿泊するのは無理だと思います。|朝食は4500円くらいですがプラチナ特典で無料で頂きました。|お客さんは欧米の方が多くそれに合わせた料理かなと思います。|料理も美味しく鯛茶漬けがありましたので頂きましたがこれも美味しいです！|あと、ラーメンも作ってもらえるみたいです。
