Amazing ac company! After calling several other 24 hour companies that had no availability for a late night emergency repair, I called Charles at A.C Mechanical Works Inc. Charles answered immediately and arrived about an hour after the phone call. We were very impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and speediness. Charles and his son were very knowledgeable, respectful, and fair with their pricing. They made a good team. He saved the day for us, and we are very grateful. On the phone I ask for a free quote on site for new AC Unit., They wanted to fix it. They added more refrigerant without weighing the tank saying it's a little bit and see where the leak was. I was asking a bunch a question.... With their nice words and professional wording, I am less $465.00. Paid and told them never to come back. Should have gotten a written quote before they did anything. Was just supposed to be a free quote for new AC unit.

This guy isn't in it for the money he is just looking to fix problems. I had a wall mounted split unit that was leaking water into my house, when I gave this guy a call asking how much it would be to come out and check out the unit. He didn't just come over and take my money, he went ahead ask questions about the unit asked for photos and gave suggestions/directions on what to do. Turn out all I needed to do was get a wet vac and use it to clear a clog in the run off. He could have showed up took my money and done this in 5 minutes instead he cut right to the chase helped me save money and get my problem fixed instantly.
