We originally started with a different orthodontist who was not as kind and gentle as Dr. Chibber. He is extremely patient and excellent with children. He cares about their whole selves- including the emotions of going through this experience and making sure it is positive and as comfortable as possible. If you have a young or sensitive child and are unsure or concerned how things will go, this is the orthodontist for your family. Wholeheartedly recommend!!!

I had an emergency ortho situation and the doctor was open to helping me although I had ortho work done in a different country where I used to live. I called like 30 different places and no where was open to fixing my issue because it was not their work. I feel so happy and thankful for coming across AC ortho on Google. They understood the urgency of my situation and squeezed me in to take care of my problem very quickly. The staff are very caring and good at closing the loop (they get you the right answers to your questions). The doctor was so kind, gentle, patient and took his time answering all my questions without rushing me. He made sure my bite felt normal before I left. We all know these qualities are very rare to find in Doctors these days. I highly recommend this practice!

We have had a wonderful experience with both of our children getting their braces at the Bay Village office. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. My children always feel at ease when they go in for check ups. They are easy to schedule appointments and are very upfront and transparent about the financial commitments. I always feel listened to when I have questions. We are almost a year into our braces journey and I've had nothing but positive experiences!

We love Dr. Chibber! He has been terrific with my very surly teenage son and done an excellent job on his smile so far. We are not yet finished but sometime this year. Dr. Chibber has corrected a terrible bite that my son got from thumb sucking. I highly recommend him. I will add photos when he’s done.

Dr. Chhibber and his staff have been amazing through my daughters braces’ experience. He is very thorough and wants the teeth perfect. I found him to be the least expensive around. My younger son will need braces and I am using them again with no reservation.

We have had a great experience here with our 7 year old who had to get braces. They not only do a great job providing care and explaining everything to parents, they also do a great job helping our son understand what they were doing, relating to him and making him feel comfortable. Would recommend for anyone who needs this type of care.
