I had A/C Pros of FL install a new unit in my home last May. It was very professionally done with great clean up. I signed up for regular servicing and had my first 6 mo. checkup done. It was done efficiently by Dalton who is a very polite, personable young man. Looking forward to the next service appointment in May.

A/C Pros of Florida is a competent, customer focused, small family business who, in our experience, has earned our repeat business. About three years back we had issues with a previous A/C contractor and, as such, sought out another company. Enter A/C Pros. As owners of a high-end HVAC system we wanted a company that offered a six month rotational maintenance program to be sure we took care of a valuable investment. A/C Pros has met that need. A/C Pros was responsive in a Friday evening emergency we experienced, even when it was my own lack of knowledge that likely caused the emergency. Regular maintenance calls are always timely and not to long. Let me say again that this is a small family operation, and as such, I'm not supporting a conglomerate where customers have no face and are just a number. I've dealt with the owner directly as well as his family and I've got to say they are all fair, friendly, caring and seem genuinely ready to help this customer stay cool in the summer, warm in the winter and protective of our system. Further, and just as importantly, I feel it's crucial to support true American entrepreneurial spirit and I'm proud to know A/C Pros is in our corner!

I had Billy come out to quote me a price for a new A/C system since mine was 29 years old and wasn't cooling. It was time.

Billy was great at explaining what I was going to get and what it would cost. He has a great personalty and sense of humor.

Billy told me that they would come out that Saturday and install my new system. Then on Friday he brought me a portable unit to keep us cool in the mean time.

By Saturday afternoon they were all done and my house was cool once again!

I absolutely recommend this company for many reasons.

They are family owned and operated. They were very experienced and professional. Dalton and Aden knew just what they were doing and were so knowledgeable.

Everyone I spoke with was so nice.

It is hard nowadays to fine a company you can feel good about and trust. This one really made me feel like I was being treated like family. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING ANYONE ELSE.

I had just moved into the Eustis Florida area and my AC unit was not producing cold air. I called A/C pros of Florida and they showed up at my house very quickly. They assessed the problem and fixed it and their prices were very reasonable. Their workers were very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend A/C pros of Florida.

The service was wonderful! They were able to come first thing the day after my air went out and it was fixed within 20 minutes and I was back to cool air again. I have my elderly Mother with dementia living with me and they made sure to help me as soon as possible since any changes make her anxious. AC pros of Florida installed an HVAC 4 months ago. I paid extra money for a 5 year labor warranty and Billy said he would get me that warranty numerous times and I've been emailing and texting and calling. He and his office do not return emails, text, or calls. He charged me extra for a 5 year labor warranty which is printed on the invoice, But he has not given me a copy of the warranty certificate.

If there was an opportunity to give 0 stars I would. We have had a mini split air conditioner waiting for install for months now. The first delay was in getting energy calculations done for the unit. We ultimately got the information (we hired a third party who was recommended by AC Pros), who provided the information over a month ago. My husband was told by AC Pros that the permit was in processing with the City of Eustis. I called the city today to follow up on the permit application and one was never submitted. I called the person my husband is working with at AC Pros and first he tried to say that the city was in error, then he said that the energy calculations (30+ pages) were dropped off on the reviewer/inspector's desk while on vacation. I worked for over a decade in local government and I was involved in permit processing on a daily basis. Reputable contractors understand they have to complete all the forms that the municipality requires. I don't know of any contractors who just toss drawings on someone's desk while on vacation and hope for the best. As you can imagine, it is very, very hot right now - July in Florida - not a time to be without AC. To learn that the can is being kicked down the road (and for what?), and that there is no scheduled date for our AC install is beyond disappointing. We have put good faith in this company to do the work. If they were not capable to do so, due to inability or having a schedule that's too full, they should have said so. Just another company that wants the work, but wants to do it when it's convenient for their schedule, without a commitment to completion. Total fail. What a complete disappointment the experience of working with this company has been.
