I can honestly say that Josh your service technician exceeded my expectations. Josh was super friendly and very professional. I thought it was interesting that he showed me before and after photos of the cleaning and service performed. Josh is a great asset to your company and I can’t say enough good things about you guys. Very responsive and helpful. Great tips on how to keep AC line clean. Friendly and reliable company. Called around 11am and they had a technician to arrive between 12 to 2pm the same day. Signed up for the maintenance package because I felt confident in the service that was provided by my technician Guy.

A few years ago I could see my old AC wasn’t going to last much longer. I joined their service program to ensure that my unit would get care regularly…very regularly. That was well worth the money because during the summer they were out once a month. Finally I was able to purchase a new unit. They were knowledgeable and considerate. We are enjoying our new unit and it wasn’t as bad $$ as I thought it would be.

After speaking to multiple HVAC companies and all of them telling me there was no solution to our problem and giving us a crazy $ quote,, we found AC’s Heating & Air and they came to the rescue. They had Dean come out to check out the unit that was giving us a hard time, he found a leak and gave us our options. He highly suggested to replace the unit because of the condition but at least options were provided. Refrigerant and sealant was added but it still didn’t fix the problem. Dean was very knowledgeable and professional! We decided to finance a new unit with them and they were available to do it pretty much right away. Communication, professionalism, timeliness, and an excellent company! Highly recommend! Thanks guys!
