The technician arrived right on time, and I was impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful they were. The team at ACA was wonderful, highly recommend them!! Their price was the best, given I am usually over charged for living in a nice area, but I work hard for my $$, so I’m even more happy!

One thing I would change is the delivery of their estimate. Didn’t hear from them in three week, when I called the office the estimate had arrived nearly two weeks earlier but it was never sent, nor was I ever reached / followed through. However, I am happy I did! They installed almost immediately once I accepted the bid. Very informative during the process, the team was very professional and ensure the installation was done properly. Thanks to Tony, Muller, Stanley and Noel for the great team work!

They were very responsive & showed up within 1 hour which was great. The one thing I truly did not like was the fact that they said no service charge but when I declined the $1000 job estimate technician said there was a $120 service charge? To open the system & see it needed cleaning Not the right way to do business.

Provided a complete and thorough estimate and a good price for replacing an entire a/c system.
Muller answered all my questions in a professional and courteous manner and made me feel comfortable with making a decision.
They added this job to the schedule for the next day and with the heat of July, that meant everything.
The installation technicians were professional and really nice. Also, once the job was completed, they cleaned all areas thoroughly from their work debris.
I certainly recommend Advanced Air!

I was referred by a friend initially some months ago and they diagnosed the problem with my unit and ultimately fixed it.
Today my A/C was cooling intermittently and I called again as I was so satisfied with the service received.
The same technician I had the last time
(Tony) came by and quickly diagnosed the issue.
I will continue to use them if I have anymore issues and highly recommend them to anyone in need of really professional A/C technicians.

I would like to make special mention of technician Tony & Mr Muller. Very professional, knowledgeable & highly respectful.

If I could give you zero stars, I would. ACA replaced the capacitor on my AC unit on March of 2023. It's gone bad so my husband just opened the unit to put a new one in and, lo and behold, we run into the shoddiest work we've ever seen. These guys were so lazy, they didn't even bother to take the capacitor out of the box and secure it with the metal strap! Two guys, 5 minutes worth of work, $500 bill. What a rip off and how unprofessional! They should be ashamed.
