Recently rented a UTV and unfortunately encountered an attempt to unfairly charge me for alleged damages. However, I had already recorded a video of the vehicle's condition during my inspection before the rental. When the manager tried to claim that the damages occurred during my use, I showed him the video, which clearly showed the scratches were already there. Only thanks to this was I able to avoid unjust additional charges.

On top of that, we had to wait in line for over an hour, despite arriving 20 minutes ahead of our scheduled time. I recommend everyone take a video before renting to avoid similar situations.

Bought a weekend at the Badlands for our anniversary and would definitely come back! Very friendly staff and easy check-in checkout process. The park was amazing and the equipment rental was worth it. We stayed at the attached campground in the cabin. Well, worth the trip we will be back.

Excellent experience!
Adventure Rentals was superior in all aspects. Renting was a breeze. Although they showed as sold out for the day we needed a machine, a phone call helped to reserve one for us. Upon arrival, they were thorough and detailed in not only the rental details, but also in describing the layout of Badlands Off Road Park and where we were best suited to go with our beginner driver. Because we were staying in one of the Off the Trails cabins, we were able to keep the machine until the following morning, enjoying an extra few hours in the park.
Refunded deposit immediately upon return.

Not our first time renting with adventure rentals, renting online is very easy and well defined. Upon arrival on the day of the rental, we had no problem getting in and out very quickly, they had a rental unit ready to go and employees were very helpful and polite.
You definitely get what you pay for and more with adventure rentals,,, We’ve rented several times in the past and will continue to utilize their business in the future to have an amazing time with our family and friends at the Badlands off-road park.

Tremendous experience start to finish. The staff was super nice and very helpful. They walked us through the machines in detail to ensure we had the best time possible. And we did! Thanks again Austin and the rest of the Adventure Rentals squad.
