We did the Clear Creek/Golden tube float this weekend (mid August) and had a blast! There was still good flow in the river and the little rapids were a lot of fun. They offer life jacket and helmets, but we didn’t find that necessary with water level at this time of year. We did bump our butts on a few rocks though, so def be mindful of that and protect your tailbone! I love that you can bring your own tubes and just use the shuttle. The shuttles came quickly and we never waited more than 10 minutes. There is also free parking with a large parking lot right across the street, which was much appreciated since parking in downtown Golden, especially during the busy summer months can be tricky.

Setting out could have been smoother. Several groups all had 10 am reservations. Someone orienting customers to the trails while other staff were getting bikes ready would make more sense to me regarding efficiency and setting us out in a timely manner
Bicycle operation instructions were minimal - glad I already knew what I was doing and could explain to my friend.
Bikes were in good shape and overall enjoyed our time on the bike paths.

What a great experience. Not an issue with any long wait times and getting our tube, taking the shuttle (twice), and getting into Clear Creek. Everyone from Adventure West was tremendous. The online booking was fast and easy as well.

The adventure was a great way to spend the morning. We saw a lot, learned a lot and got a bit of a workout at the same time. Our guide Hondo was friendly, worked w our levels of biking skill, and gave us plenty of interesting information about the entire area.

We had an amazing guys this morning up to the Red Rocks amphitheater. Ben was an excellent guide and we felt safe and comfortable. We had plenty of time stop and enjoy the views. I would highly recommend this company and Ben.
