Our friends at Widespread Fishing Adventures are AWESOME! This is not just a business…it is a Family! All of the guides are phenomenal fisherman that will do whatever it takes to put you on the fish! Reubin and Mindy invited us in their home after our trip and made us the best bear stew we have EVER had! All of the guides sit down and have dinner together every night and tell stories about the day and make plans for the next day. This family eats, breaths and lives the Alaskan dream…1 amazing fishing trip at a time! On their website it says come as a client leave as Family…we couldn’t put it any better.

Unbelievable fun! We booked last minute and the team worked to get our group out in 2 boats. Catching fish, although successful, was not the highlight. Sharing time with family, hearing our guide’s stories, watching eagles, and soaking in the beauty made for a fantastic excursion. Thank you Ruebin for your expertise, photography skills, and endless conversation and encouragement!

Booked an off shore charter out of Homer and fly out to lake Alexander. Reubin and Mindy were great from the first time I reached out 6 months before my trip. Kept in touch with me in the months between the booking and trip and all was smooth. Off shore out of Homer had Kyle and Noah they were awesome and we wore the cod and halibut out!! Fly out charter was just 2 of us but the guide Mark could have handled 6+ anglers with 1 arm tied behind his back. First class experiences top to bottom.

Took a group of four guys with varying Alaskan fishing experience! Mindy was super! Helped everyone, was super patient and excels at her profession! Not only is she a great fishing guide she’s a wonderful person as well! You can’t beat the experience when she takes you fishing! We caught limits!!!! Definitely recommend her!!!! Don’t go with the anybody but the best-Mindy!

Kyle and Noah made an excellent team for this trip! We were able to get our limit on Halibut AND King Salmon. ? recommend WIDESPREAD FISHING ADVENTURES, INC 10/10!!! My husband and I had an amazing time. The fishing was fantastic, even when the limit got change both our guides Dallas and Kyle made a great experience. Reubin and Mindy have a beautiful property and cabin in which we stayed in. Nice cabin filled with everything you could need for your stay. Overall a perfect time for a couple of Canadians travelling Alaska. Would recommend to anyone that wants a true Alaskan experience and to catch fish! We will be back to fish with them!
