After we arrived we decided to see if we could change rooms. Sherry was very helpful. She brought us the cart to move our luggage and personal belongings. Sherry is the most helpful, considerate desk clerk we have ever met in any hotel EVER! She is definitely one-of-a-kind. I hope she will still be there the next time I am in Webster City.

Kind staff. We travel a lot and the place was cozy and accommodating. Check in was a breeze and the rooms were|Comfortable and|Clean. I highly recommend|You check this place|Out if your looking to stay in the area. No pool or anything fun so it was pretty relaxing and quiet

Had family come visit and stay here in September of 2024 and the hot tub was out of service. We came to swim and use the hot tub today (January 19, 2025) and it's still out of service with the same piece of paper. Not to mention that we paid 8 bucks a piece for 4 people who wanted to use the hot tub and the front desk person didn't even tell us it was still out of service. How long does it take to service a hot tub? They should at least inform you if things are not in service. Very disappointed in the front desk person and the company for not fixing things in a timely manner.

My teenage girls paid $8 to swim and use the hot tub and there was literal feces in the hot tub that got on my daughters arm. Thank God the amount of chlorine used was so extreme to cause a rash that maybe that disinfected it some. How disgusting. We won’t be back:
