This is my 3rd trip with Angling Unlimited and it was, like the others - FANTASTIC! This organization does everything right! From Kim in the main office setting up the trip and answering questions, to the hostesses that help wake us up shuttle us to the boats and back to lodging and airport, to the crew of captains and deckhands that are some of the most personable and hardworking people around, they all know how to make your trip special. The crew always brings excellent energy and puts us right on the fish! We limited are large King Salmon, Halibut, and Rock Cod, but also caught a lot more like Black Cod, Silver Salmon, Sockeye and other various fish. Came home with 100# of fish each for 5 guys! - All cleaned, filleted and flash frozen and vacuum sealed and ready for your freezer at home! Tyler and Gunner were an awesome crew, but you will not be disappointed with whoever you have as they all are very experienced, hardworking and put you on the fish! Don't hesitate to book a trip - you will not be disappointed. Working on trying to organize another already!

Our recent fishing trip with Angling Unlimited in Sitka, Alaska was an unforgettable experience. Captain Sarah was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to giving us the best experience possible. She truly delivered, as we caught our limits on king salmon, halibut, and rockfish. Our deckhand, George, was always attentive and helpful when landing a fish or assisting with our fishing equipment. The boat was clean, spacious, reliable, and perfectly suited for our fishing needs. We cannot say enough about our three-day trip and the exceptional service we received.

Additionally, the pavilion dinner on our first night was a welcoming experience, providing a casual setting to share a delicious meal with other anglers and members of the Angling Unlimited staff, including the owners. The hostess staff members were equally attentive, professional, and welcoming, meeting all of our needs. The sleeping accommodations were convenient and comfortable, ensuring we were well-rested for each day's adventure. Having a car provided by Angling Unlimited during the duration of our trip allowed us to explore all of Sitka at our leisure. Overall, Angling Unlimited exceeded our expectations and provided an amazing fishing experience that we will remember fondly.

The best fishing trip ever! We are a mix of experienced to novice fishers and we all had a blast. We caught our limit in 3 hours and we couldn’t have done it without Captain Sarah. We genuinely loved our experience with her. She is the only full time female fishing captain and she absolutely crushes it. Her attention to detail (between tangled lines, identifying species, and spotting otters from a mile away) and her genuine love of the sport made the experience incredible. We are already planning our trip back and we will for sure book with captain Sarah and AU!

Not the Four Seasons but for a fishing lodge it’s PERFECT! Customer service is above and beyond, accommodations were great. Everything you need was already in place. You just had to wake up and get on the boat to have an awesome experience.

My husband and I went on a fishing trip through Angling Unlimited for our honeymoon and we were so impressed by this company - we cannot say enough great things! My husband has been on multiple fishing trips and said this one far exceeds any he has ever been on. Their attention to detail, customer service, and communication is outstanding.

What impressed us the most was how hardworking the staff was. Our captain, Captain DJ, and deckhand Luke were some of the most hardworking people I have ever met. While on the boat, they consistently provided the best experience for us and ensured we had everything we needed for a great 3-days of fishing. I also want to say a big shout out to our hostess, Synneva, for all her help during our trip. She was beyond friendly, helpful, and professional from the moment we met her at the airport until the end of our trip - which appeared to be a common thread with all of the hostesses!

Lastly, this company is beyond streamlined with logistics. From the day we arrived, I felt like we never had to wait. They were so on top of being on time - ensuring customers got to their destination quickly and promptly. At the end at the airport, when we were greeted by two young boys who packaged our fish, I still couldn't believe how friendly they greeted us and ensured we were all set to go to end our trip. The top-notch service never stopped!

Overall, this was the best honeymoon we could have ever asked for (not to mention - we brought home SO much fresh fish!). Thank you to the whole team at Angling Unlimited for making this happen for us. I can say with 100% confidence we will be back - and hope to bring many more friends and family with us next time!

Fished 3 days in early July. Top notch experience all around! The fishing was incredible but what really sets them above and beyond are the people. Captain Sarah and deckhand Wes were amazing! I consider myself a better person by having the privilege of fishing with them. Sarah’s knowledge of the area was outstanding, Wes’s work ethic points to a bright and successful future whatever his long term plans may be. Can’t wait to come back someday.

I was lucky enough to spend 3 days fishing with AU and loved every minute. From the front desk to the captain to the deck hand, it was 5 star service. Oh, and the fish! Yes you will get more fish than you can imagine. Captain Spencer and his deck hand Nells were a great team! If you like fishing amongst whales, eagles, great views, and orcas, this is the place for you!
