The team here is so friendly and caring. Coach Bethany is a favorite but the whole staff is AMAZING. I have seen such great growth with the swimming skills. It is safe and the kids are always happy and excite to come in for class.

Super unhygienic. Instructors are not allowed breaks between classes and are told to just pee in the pool instead. I would absolutely NEVER set foot in that water. Avoid. EDIT, IN RESPONSE TO POOL RESPONSE: My child was an instructor - we have literal firsthand knowledge lol. The instructors call it the "pee pool" informally. My kid often came home feeling sick and I am 100% sure it was due to the grossness of the water ingested while my child was teaching. Avoid this place, parents - at least the Cedar Park branch of it.

We just love aquatots. Coach Bethanie is amazing. She is really great with my son. He was struggling but then she did a make up day with him and it was like something clicked. So we moved him to her class and he has done so much better. All the coaches are great to be honest, but my son just really took to coach Bethanie and was able to progress.

I want to give a 0 rating for this school and assistant manager Bekah, Aiden and Khalyn. These trainers are pathetic teachers. My daughter was enrolled into the level 4 program and was in level 4 since 7 months given the lack of proper training and inaccurate assessment she has to take same lessons every time . These people just are not trained to provide proper training and see so much miscommunication among themselves while coordinating and communicating with parents . Very disappointed and do not recommend these trainers and assistance manager management is just not trustable and experienced .

We were charged a fee that we were not aware of. They called it a YEARLY registration fee. but This was not at year from our registration but the first of the year when they were closed and canceled classes. which I find very strange. They offered zero recourse. They just said they would keep my money charge me for another month and then cancel my child's membership.

Be wary and read your agreement thoroughly. I feel like got scammed.

These people are not even worth 1 star. Beware of the new staff! They scare the kids, make them cry, and eat time!!
I enrolled my kid in november-2023 for level-3 with 2 classes every week. The staff was very good initially, but in just a few months almost all the staff, including swim instructors and front-desk changed. When my kid moved to another in a few months, they didn't even help properly to find options with 2 classes a week, and because of that, I had to choose 1 class a week in the new level-4.
Usually, the kids are called 2-3 mins later than the scheduled start time, and taken out of the pool 4-5 mins before the scheduled time. So, they would get around 22-24 minutes of time in the pool for every 30 mins class.

On top of all the above, I had a bitter experience with the new RUDE staff today.
I took my kid to a class today scheduled at 7:00pm, my kid reached the center at 7:02pm, and the instructor just closed the pool door, which is okay. I spent 1 more minute (7:03pm) wearing a cap and swim goggles to my kid, we were standing in front of the pool door then. Previously, water watchers used to come to the door, but the new staff just hid behind the walls. As no staff turned to us, I told my kid to walk to the instructor, who was just on the other side of the door, but very close. As my kid walked to the instructor, some other staff members YELLED at him "NO", and he started crying. He kept crying, and finally after a minute, one "water watcher" went to him. It's already 2 minutes since my kid kept crying because he got scared! That "Water watcher" brought my kid to me, waiting outside of the pool door instead of taking to the swim instructor. By this time, it's 5 mins (7:05pm) over the scheduled class time. That "water watcher" just handed over my kid to me, and left without even helping him to take to the swim instructor.
Then, I called one staff member from the front desk to drop him off at the instructor in the pool, she said that she wanted to check her computer to verify my kid!!! It's already 7:06pm. I told her to please drop him off to the instructor with the name and I showed that name and time on my phone app. She still wanted to verify!! It's already 7:07pm. I said that we were wasting time here. Then our RUDEST staff member, NORIYAN came out of the pool area and told me that they told him to stop moving (red light) for safety reasons, and unfortunately, it was very loud due to the echo in the pool area. I said, that's fine, understandable, we are now 10 mins late into the class time (7:10pm), can we cancel his current class and issue a makeup pass? He said that they could not do that because we needed to cancel 30 mins before the start time of the class. I told him that we were losing 10 mins (33%) of the swim time, because of the staff behavior, and on top of that the staff made my kid cry, So, I'm asking for makeup class because we are not able to utilize full class due to the lack of attention of the staff. He apologized but was not interested in giving a makeup class. It was already 7:15pm, and half of the class time was over. So, I told him that I would de-enroll my kid if we didn't get a makeup class. He said that he wouldn't issue a makeup pass, and asked me to talk to front-desk to de-enroll. This is how much the staff is caring for customers and the business owners!!
Finally, I asked the front-desk to de-enroll, and they listened to all our conversations, and just updated the system to de-enroll without asking any further questions, great!

I drove for 20 mins (1 way), so it's going to be 40 mins (2 way), and spent 1 gallon of gas for just making my kid cry with their RUDE staff!

UPDATE:
After this incident, the General manager spoke with me, and provided me an option to utilize our makeup classes through the next month, and assured me that the staff would be trained to deal with the kids and parents. Based on her suggestion, I continued my kid in the same school.

I enrolled my son in a two-week fast track program for June.
Although he is at level 4, they started him at level 3 and said they wouldn't change it during the program.
In the second week, during the last lesson, the instructor commented on my son's improvement and questioned why he was placed in level 3!
The class duration is 30 minutes, and sometimes there are 4 children per class, meaning each child gets less than 10 minutes!
We paid over $300, but we received only about 7-8 minutes of actual lesson time per day. What a deal, right?

They try to convince children who don't want to attend classes at the door, while the other children wait for them. This approach is far from professional.
My son already knew how to swim. We wanted to improve his skills a bit more, but there was hardly any improvement.
Despite all this, the instructor is very nice and kind to the children.
