I have been to a lot of gyms, and this gym has some of the friendliest, kindest people working there who seem to genuinely enjoy their job. It was refreshing since most gym culture is toxic. A+ All they need is a pool for lap swimming, and it would be the perfect gym.

My grandkids are enrolled in sports at ARC and I'm definitely impressed with the building. I also thought the coaches were doing a excellent job with the kids. I would strongly recommend this location and their programs.

A clean, well maintained facility. Only wish their hours were extended. 3 pm on weekends is closing way too early. Their desk staff is not very attentive, their heads are always in their smartphones.

This is towards the children Adventure Camp. I bought a full 10 weeks plan for my son to go have fun over the summer, due to some "accidental" situations and self-defense the kids get write ups, we were said by a staff mamber that after the 3rd write up he will get a one day suspention from camp, and this will go on until the end of summer, Amanda their manager on the other hand took this situation in her own hands, without even spending time with the kids or knowing anything happening through out the day - after his 2nd write up he got a 1 day suspension, 3rd write up was a 2 days suspention and 4th write up he was kicked out complearly. No refund for the 5 weeks left, meaning a 50% loss. She is very rude, and an aggresive talker when her boss is not with her, but in front of the boss keeps quite and seems to be the victim. Many promises made about the safety of the children, that are not true. Had to pick up my child early one day, when going to the location where he was at, the staff were together talking not paying much attention to the children, and i was told my son has been already picked up. When thinking about your child's safety and time, please think carefully and gather all info before taking any decision.

I had the wonderful pleasure of talking with Jenni and Connor. Jenni was very sweet and informative, she answered all my questions. Connor, is everything the word awesome means. He gave me a tour and is very professional and personable. The two ladies at the front desk gave me a wonderful greeting as well, so I'm definitely signing up! I’ve been a member for 3 months now and I love the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the facility and the equipment available to me. I go early in the morning, so that convenient to my work schedule. My only comment is, I wished they opened just as early on the weekend and stayed opened later as they during the week. I also wished they had a pool. They are still 5 ⭐️ and I’m enjoying my workout there.
