Great job by Atlas AC Repair. The first company I called wanted to replace my furnace and compressor for $12,000. Said they were both beyond repair. Called Atlas for a second opinion and they were able to repair both units for 20% of the price. Joaquim was the HVAC specialist who repaired my system and did a great job. Atlas and Joaquim were efficient and honest on what I needed to get the job completed. I'm really happy with the results.

Joe arrived on time for the appointment. He is really knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He gave me great advice before choosing the best system for our needs. He took pictures and measurements to send a complete report for company review. Again he is very professional and we have faith in his judgment. Thank you very much Robert and Martha Haney. Bryce came Aug 17th & was really surprised that he showed up here because I saw him 2 days before in a YouTube video. He came with his team to install the inside & outside unit. Took almost the whole day but everybody was really nice, efficient & knowledgeable of what they were doing. They did a great job & we are very happy to recommend anyone to your company. Thank you again Martha & Robert Haney. On November 23 Nicholas arrived for scheduled system check up at both our homes. He touched base and went straight to work. Joaquim and his crew were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They installed my new unit and made sure it was running great before leaving. They answered all my questions and kept me informed on their progress. I highly recommend them and Atlas. I am very happy with their work.

Today, Joaquim from Atlas AC came by to perform a check-up on my new system, and everything went great. He took his time to inspect all components thoroughly and was both knowledgeable and courteous throughout the visit. Atlas AC is, without a doubt, the best AC company I've worked with so far—they're transparent about pricing, extremely helpful, and highly skilled.

Joe and Irvin changed out my condenser today. Took a little longer than they planned but the good news is the unit is running correctly. Both of these guys were very friendly and kept me informed of the work progress. As for the company, they gave me a quick and accurate estimate and scheduled my installation fast. These guys and the company are great and they will have my business again in the future!

I messaged Atlas late Sunday because our AC is not working which is unbearable in the hot weather here in Texas. The next day, Monday morning, i received a message from Atlas that they will send a technician. On same day around noontime, their technician named Joe was on our front door. He did a thorough site survey of our hvac for almost 2 hours. He did the reports about his findings and informed me that someone from Atlas will call me about the findings and the price for the replacement. Update: Today, July 3, the technician Matthew and his team came to our house early in the morning and worked for our AC the whole day until around 8:30ish in the evening. Our ac is working now and the system outside is more quiet now. We will still monitor how it is going in the coming days. I would recommend them.

Excellent work! They showed up when they said they would. They did exactly what I needed, without trying to upsell me to a new unit. They worked diligently until the job was done. We have endured the summers months without central air. Every company we reached out to wanted to sell us a new system for $15k or more. We called Atlas (prepared to purchase a new system) who asked us a few questions about our current system. One of the questions was the age of our system which is 7yrs and over the phone I was told I didn’t need a new system, but probably some parts replaced. A few days later Joe would arrive and diagnose what we needed to get our system up and running. The repairs were 1/5 of the cost of a new system we were told by 5 other companies we needed. We able to save some money and enjoy central air for the remainder of the summer. Thank you Atlas and Joe
