Bring your friends and your crafting projects to make yourself at home for a weekend. Plenty of room to get your craft on! Stay the night in one of 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen just bring your favorite ingredients. The most relaxing retreat centers I've visited.

Took my wife here for her 50th birthday party weekend. It was a perfect surprise thanks to all the help from her friends. The place was perfect and very accommodating to our needs. All the girls had there own table to scrap at. The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils you will need. Plenty of fridge space for your drinks and food if you want to cook. There are plenty of dining options if you don't. Everything was clean and in good working order, there is a cricut, a stereo, DVD player and a t/v. Janine and Dennis are a wonderful couple com enjoy there space and help them make there dream come true. Good luck you too, best wishes. Rand

We just returned from spending 4 days/nights at the Avoca Retreat Center. First--the town. Such a quaint small town. Our group walked from the house to main street every day (only a block or two to main)--we ate at the Mexican Restaurant, bought clothes from the boutique, attended a cookie decorating class from the Cookie Bakery, and purchased items from the second hand children's store. Everyone was so friendly. Second--the retreat center. The house had everything we needed--from the kitchen, to the bathrooms, to the crafting area. We had 8 people and everyone had ample space to move around. We used the small TV room to put all of our paper packs in so we could share our paper amongst all of us. Outside provided a space where we could eat and enjoy a couple of drinks occasionally with a large rectagular patio table and 8 chairs. The kitchen had everything you will need to prepare your meals onsite--even providing two crockpots and a griddle. Third--the experience overall--my group has went to small outings for the past 5 years now and hands down, this was the best one so far. I definately would recommend this to anyone with less than 10 people for crafting. We already put our deposit down for next year.

Our group just had the best time there. The house is so big with plenty of room for everyone and everything. The workroom is great the kitchen has everything you need and the bathrooms are spacious. Couldn't ask for a better place. We'll be back.
