Did not have a good time here. From the guy checking id to the bartender. The door guy was not friendly at all. The gal was really rude at the desk and made a big deal about no reservations. Hint: several lanes available. The bartender acted the retro to cool for school attitude.

Several large groups ruled the area. They had no common sense for others bowling.
Standing on the floor, bowling while others were bowling, and coats everywhere.

All that would have been fine if the staff wasn't so rude. Honestly, it's a hard pass.

When you ask several staff how they are doing and can't be bothered to respond, then it's downhill.

Fantastic retro bowling alley on the second floor. The whole place has a fantastic retro feeling... the lanes, the balls, and the maneul scoring; all of it comes together for a great experience.

Bar has some nice specials that change daily, a diverse beer selection, and a surprisingly great spirit selection. Very worth dropping by with a group.

Fun 2nd story bowling alley.
Has classic lanes, with open ball return. Paper score sheet. 8 lanes total. Well stocked bar with great selection. Bring your own food.

Easily the most attractive bowling alley I’ve ever visited. The retro lanes and bar are so stunningly gorgeous. Great drink selection, awesome songs, nice staff. Honestly it’s a vibe. Came here for a New Year’s Eve bowl and had a blast!

Nostalgic bowling experience. Must visit if you're in the neighborhood. You need to keep score by hand - difficult after a few pops. Pricey but fun.

Terrible customer experience. My friends and I had rented a few lanes for Friendsgiving. I forgot my ID, but they don’t require IDs before 7:30 (if the owner is reading this feel free to check the camera and timestamp - It was 2 Thursdays ago). I showed up before then. They didn’t let me in. Did not follow their own rules. Acted superior for whatever reason. Insane comments they made I won’t go into on here. My friends and I will never go back. People that I tell will never go in the first place.

They don’t care about their customers - it’s a pattern in their reviews.

Hopefully the owner(s) read this, chat, connect with the team and change a few things.

BTW, I’m a high level local guide because I visit many places and this is a first in Chicago for me. I wouldn’t go to this length if it wasn’t terrible, a place to avoid for those searching Google.

I love this alley. The bar and bartenders are fantastic and I absolutely love the white Russian slushies. The lanes play well and I love keeping manual score. It's fun to have everyone join in and teach your friends how to score like the old days.

We came here for a team outing and had an absolute blast! The bar was really cool, awesome beer selection. The bar itself was an old wooden masterpiece. Anne the bartender was fantastic. The lanes were a flash from the past. I got a huge kick out of the ball return that was above ground, idk I just loved it. You keep your own score here which was fun. Can’t wait to come back. We ordered delivery from Vito & Angelo’s, fantastic tavern style pizza.
