I am writing a 1 star review for the older male working there and a 5 star review for the sweetest gal on the register. He saw us twice and did NOT once greet us. He appeared to be angry at her over something not in alphabetical order. It's not really my business but you'd think if you're a small business owner you'd approach people kindly to make them want to come back again. The place had potential but personally the management is POOR. He told her to go tend another area when she should be minding the cashier area. All I saw was him being unprofessional. Something minor that could've been discussed privately or done later as it wasn't busy she seemed she could've done. Instead the front was UNATTENDED and in any case vulnerable, if it were my shop and having two people to mind it. Mind you, he was in the back and she was in the front until he made her leave to do something unimportant. She deserves a genuine apology for holding her composure. Nobody deserves that for simply doing a job. She made a minor mistake be that it may be her fault or someone else's fault please do better and treat your employees nicely. She was repeatedly apologizing and it's disgusting behavior to treat her as such. I still bought something just for her interaction and I couldn't help but feel sorry for her. Everybody has their days but don't take it out on the people who are helping make your business what it is.

Showed the owner a mint condition 1st addition, 1st issue w pullout never opened. Offered me a penny n was rude n curt n walked away with 5 seconds. Never asked if I would like to see anything or offered to help. Maybe I was more a buyer or trader then a sellar hiss loss!

Every time I come in here with my 4yr old son and ask the older male (I assume owner) for help, he goes out of his way to make feel stupid for asking questions. I recently tried to ask for a "Shin Godzilla" and he replied never heard of it and his wife knows everything there is to know about Godzilla and she has never mentioned it to him before! I was standing there with my 4yr old and asked if he was implying I was lying or making it up and if he didn't know about something doesn't make a liar. I told him I had researched it online but thought maybe he would carry the item since I saw other Godzilla items in the store. Uncomfortable situation and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
