Oswaldo and his crew did a great job installing our new furnace. They were very professional, arrived on time and got right to work, and they cleaned up nicely when the job was finished. Very polite guys. Another job well done, and this is why we use Be Cool! Also, the customer service is exceptional. Our calls are almost always answered by a live person, and if we need to leave a message, the response time is incredible.

After a Power Surge that fried our Heating & AC, Be Cool AC & Heating took care of the replacement! They are Very knowledgeable! Always prompt in responding! Great staff, crew, and company in general. I highly recommend!

I have been using Be Cool since I moved out here 7 years ago. I have absolutely no complaints. Amber, who does scheduling, is always very polite and accommodating. Beau is fantastic. He actually takes the time to explain things to me instead of assuming I don’t understand because I am female. They have never been late and are very quick if there is any kind of emergency. It is a wonderful family owned & operated business. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I was using the furnace for the first time this season. It got pretty cold last night. I was getting an error message on my thermostat. I contacted Be cool and they came out the same day. Beau and his crew did a great job in resolving my issue. Give Amber a call and she will make sure that you are taken care of.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Be Cool. I called at 1:30pm on a Monday and they came out right away. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and had everything fixed quickly. He explained everything clearly, was respectful of my home, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary parts.

If you’re considering a membership through these guys, I can’t recommend it enough!! They are prompt in responding, and always fit me on the schedule in a very timely manner. Amber is on top of her job running things behind the scenes and communicating with me as the customer. Ryder our tech today knew his stuff, and even pulled a dead bird off of our AC unit- bless him! Love being a member!

This has been such a great experience. Our A/C unit stopped cooling and Be Cool A/C and Heating went above and beyond to help us with our whole A/C system, both indoor and outdoor components! I had both my AC units inspected today and had a really good experience. The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. He showed me why my units were not performing optimally and recommended adding parts that my original installer should have done. I ended up opting in for the annual maintenance plan and installing starter relays on the outdoor units to help with the power spike whenever the units start. He was able to install them in a timely manner. Thanks again!!
