I purchased hair clippers at this store that do not work. I took it back the same day and was told there are no refunds. I do not recommend going to this store.

I'm white with adopted kiddos. This store was highly recommended by several people. I was completely ignored from the time I walked in the door. I was eventually able to locate the items I had come in for, but I was sick after listening to music describing sex acts in detail. I am so thankful that I didn't have my young daughters with me. So disappointing. I won't be back, despite this store being better organized than Metro.

Just stopped at this location when I saw that they were brand new. This beauty supply store has everything you need from makeup, clothes, jewelry, hair, and a nice selection of wigs! The prices are also reasonable versus some places in the area. I definitely would recommend stopping by to check this place out as well as the customer service is awesome! I finally found my new favorite beauty supply store!

Great place. Has everything we need for our family's different hair types. I'm happy there is a place for black women to get what we need without having to troop all the way to Atlanta. It's our go to place. The staff is friendly and beautiful.

I went into Beauty Island in Kennesaw today looking for a wig. I tried on a few wigs and actually found the one I really liked was on clearance. The display wig was the only wig left with the color I wanted. The young lady that helped me was very nice. I asked her if I purchased the wig would it have a percentage off. She called Joseph that owns or works in the store. He was very very rude!! He said that they could not give anything else off the wig because it was already marked down. I asked what about the wig being tried on by multiple people. Basically , he treated me as if I was a peasant!! I then said I’ve patronized this store many of times and I know for a fact that I have spent over $1000+ in this store. He says nobody asked you how much you spent here! Don’t shop here no more!! I told him the purpose of me saying what I spent was to let him know it was nothing for me to buy a wig !! Just so happen the one I liked was on clearance and the display was the only one left!! He got even master!! I will never shop there again. Felt very Racist to me!!

Literally the best beauty supply store. Everything you need is actually Fairly inexpensive, and they carry So many great skin care in her email products. I've never been disappointed with a purchase! Also, they actually sell clothes in the back that I've gotten several pieces of and they actually lasted me a really long time. I have a sweatshirt there that I bought five years ago and I literally wear constantly and it still looks new. They also have really nice wigs too.

If I could give 0 stars I will. This store is VERY RACISTS. Nobody wants to constantly be followed around the store when trying to look for something to buy for their hair. I constantly told the lady that I don’t need help and she just stood there and watched me MULTIPLE times as I tried to shop around. It is uncomfortable and distasteful. NEVER AGAIN i’ll tell you that. It’s pitiful how you all cater to Black and Brown peoples hair but clearly we are unwelcome in your store. DO BETTER.
