Visit here a few days ago for my friend birthday and I had a blast. Food was pretty good and reasonable prices. Only thing is I wish they had more lanes we had a wait time maybe an hour so not bad! Would definitely come back again

Using strings to pull and rest the pins, that’s just asking for problems. 3/5 times the pins didn’t reset on target. Making bowling unpredictable. The young guy running the early evening shift couldn’t gaf about you or anything, but this phone. I used to come here week after week, but they got rid of jackpot bowling for regulars, they don’t ask if you’re a member, they charge per hour for 4+ people in your party, as opposed to letting you pay per game. It’s just not what it was 10+ years ago.. tragic actually. But have fun if you go! It’s cozy!

Beyond great pizza. My wife and I had a door dash to the holiday inn. At first we didn't realize it was bowling Alley. I figured out what the bowl was. 100 percent great pizza was 100percent worth the order. Just because it's a bowling alley doesn't bring their quality down . We would like to bowl there some day. 100 percent requirement.

Came out with our kids to celebrate Valentine’s Day typically we always have a great time here no issues just lots of fun and the MAIN reason we always return, now not sure if it was due to being busy or just the holiday in general but tonight was definitely a waste of time and money…. To begin the night we go in are told there is a wait ok no big deal put name down said will call when lane ready perfect, however then followed you can’t wait in here you have to go outside and wait till your called not to much of a big deal but the first of many to come, first not sure if that’s a new policy or just for tonight but we decided not to get any food orders pending us going back in once lane ready, we get the call we go in and pay almost close to 80$ for a hour, start the game & lane next to us the balls wasn’t returning they were stuck in back behind the pins not that big of a deal then our lane started doing the same multiple times before we even got to the 5th frame now with that being said it’s the wait time getting the balls back to return since it was busy out time was counting down this continued non stop we get to some of the last frames on round 2 like frame 7and the pins are not being counted as a strike and it resets to pick up the spare but NO PINS there so again we go tell the guy at front he then tells my husband that it’s his fault and others were bowling with that were rolling the ball to hard and it is to lite and that it also cracked a ball earlier he said,NOW we still had the ball that was picked ONLY 1 of that color being a6lb ball not cracked and had two 8lb balls with a10 lb ball, IF that were the case why did we have all the balls we started with my husband said we have the ball still he then said yea I replaced it with another one smh & when the lane next to us went to tell them there balls we’re stuck they had like 13 &12 lb balls so what was the reason theirs got stuck? Was they rolling to hard also? I think the max speed for any of the balls we bowled was like 16 mph And when he sent the balls back that time I counted 10 that returned back just between the 2 lanes that whom we didn’t know at all & 4 of the balls was ours that we picked out between 4 people, so then the guy had said he was gonna change our lane to the left, great with all time having to stop and wait took up a lot of time from game & it can happen SOMETIMES not a big problem, but when we spent a big portion of our game waiting it seemed no more than right to get some time back which we didn’t ask for and probably wouldn’t of, however it was appreciated that he gave us some more time on his own, I thought well that was nice of him didn’t even ask, so the screen time was set at 70 minutes we continued our game and was barely into the 4th frame and seen a hand on lane 7 that we were having problems with messing with the pins etc.Our screen & game ends, husband goes desk & now is a different girl from all night of going up there she had no clue what happen & then she goes to look for the guy that switched us, apparently he was the one in the back messing with lane 7, he tells my husband he was only giving us 10 minutes and that he don’t know what were trying to pull!!! But game over. So from that statement was enough and we left didn’t want to make a scene or even stay and play. We understand things happen. So first IF he had only wanted to give 10 min for the inconvenience then why not set the screen as 10 min to play instead of 70 min play time and second why not communicate that and say hey so I set the screen for this but you’ll only have this much time or I’m going to only give this much time! But that was not said or communicated at anytime., and then to accuse US as trying to pull something when asked what happen to the game & that was set by him a employee, NOT us, so what was it he thought we was trying to pull. Now that’s ridiculous.Just his attitude and tone & accusations was inappropriate. The next time we decide to go out and bowl we will be going elsewhere.

on January 15th me and my family drove from greenwood to bowl and have a dinner at a recommended bowling alley. i remember coming here as a kid and enjoying this place the food everything about it was great experience. we come in to get two lanes and were told its league night so its going to be a 45 minute wait which was fine. it was 7 of us including my 7month old daughter. not even five minutes go by and JEREMIAH is approaching us telling us we cant sit at the table we were at and to move down one, not even in a nice way he was actually quite rude whatever we move down and wait an HOUR as him and another female employee is giving other people lanes. which was fine we ignored it and moved on- we then tried to order food and were told we couldnt order anything because we didnt have a lane ? as walking away the two employees start giggling and talking about all of us- if you want to go to have a good time and be treated with respect do not go to this establishment its trash

I enjoyed my time here especially visiting for the first time. You had availability when most alleys did not on a Saturday. I have yet to try the pizza but I’m thinking it’ll be good when I do.

Me and my friends went to this bowling alley one night and the power ended up going out the employees gave us bowling passes to come back and use them for our hour we paid for. We drove 30 mins tonight to use the passes when we arrived the same employees who gave us the passes told us we could not use them even though we paid for the hour we lost when the power went out. We were then told we could only use two of the passes even though there were three of us when the power went out. Super disappointed we feel we’ve been ripped off even though we paid for the hour of bowling which we did not get to use.

We hosted an end of the year event for our work team and it turned out amazing. The custom experience and intimate space was perfect for our team of 35. Service and friendliness of the staff was impeccable. Highly recommend for big families or team events.
