》Much more positives.. HOWEVER...the 50cent toy machines sometimes dont work and steal fifty cents from you, so thats a negative I suppose. Please visit here with your kids, its a ball.

It was exactly what I expected and wanted. All of the inflatables were in good shape, the staff was very friendly, the facility was clean. This is definitely a great place to go on in the winter or when the weather is bad to let kids burn off their energy. Well worth the price of admission and I will definitely be coming back.

Good prices, good deal on rosattis pizzas. I gave only 3 stars because most importantly the entrance/exits don't seem very safe, nobody is watching the doors, they don't have a system to mark who's kids belong to whom, they should have a stamp or wrist bracelet system, and someone checking them and watching the doors. A kid could just run right out into the parking lot. Also only 3 stars because some of the jumps are in bad condition..especially the fire truck. There's not enough seating for the parents in the play area, needs more tables instead of just chairs. Also bathrooms and water fountains look like they could he maintained better. But the prices are great and the staff is very friendly. I really wish they would make the exits safer for the kids.

We came for a birthday party. There were inflatables for all ages. I really liked that that was a separate one for babies and toddlers. The pizza that was served was surprisingly good. The whole place was clean and the staff was friendly.

Kids 10 and under thought it was great. I didn't think so. Only a few bounce houses and a few games. Arcade game stopped working and we went to get an employee 2 or 3 times and they took their sweet time to come over and check it out, while there was more than one employee just standing behind the counter. Not worth the money.

My kids really like it, but they have very primitive credit card acceptance policies so I have to cap the score. Otherwise the equipment is in good shape, it is usually pretty empty during the day and my kids love it.

I came to my nephews birthday party 10/02/16 this place smells horrible it needs major cleaning. The person that was helping my sister was very rude asking for a tip when she didn't do anything my sister had to host her own party. The pizza came in late so they had no choice but to offer an extra 1/2 hour of playtime then when the pizza arrived at the table the girl just left and it took her about 10 minutes to bring pitchers of drinks to be placed out. We were having cake and the girl came in to the room and was looking at us like we needed to leave. If the person that worked there had provided the service that was described on the internet then we would have left on time. Horrible place you need friendlier customer service personnel as well as major cleaning/sanitizing to make your place more desirable to have a party in the near future.
