The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms and public areas are clean and in good condition. Limited hot breakfast that was well staffed. Workout room is small and one machine didn't work. Location is good if working with or visiting someone in Anderson.

Kristen at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tub area was nicely maintained. I chose this hotel rather than a previous one because the pool there was too cool. The pool here was warm enough to enjoy. Room was nice and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The hotel was very nice except for a few things.
My sister got hot tub folliculitis from the hot tub. While we were in the pool area a bunch of teenagers came in and one spit a large amount into the pool. Room was nice and was very sound proof.

Positive: Hotel was clean and up to date and breakfast was very good. I especially loved the waffles. I had not stayed in a Best Western for 20+ years because I thought they were going down hill, but this Best Western was extremely nice! I was extremely pleased. Negative: No.

Probably the "Best" Best Western we have ever stayed out. Room was immaculate and very large - we need a wheelchair accessible room and our room was more than adequate. Breakfast was very nice - lots of good options. The "hot food" was served by the breakfast attendant which eliminates waste and is more sanitary. All of the hotel staff were very pleasant, accommodating and professional. The guest laundry area was also very convenient and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Just perfect for our needs. A great stop on our way to Arizona. Rooms comfortable and clean. Pleasant lobby and breakfast area. Great breakfast. Have been here several times. Always very friendly. Word of warning though the Cracker Barrel next door is terrible but there are other restaurants nearby.

WARNING: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL OR ANY BEST WESTERN HOTEL!

I stayed for two nights in October, and when we were packing up to leave, I discovered a bug, wrapped in my daughter's clothes on the floor. Since then, I've been trying to contact the hotel manager, but every time I call, I’m told I’ll receive a call back—yet no one ever reaches out.

I recently contacted customer service, and they were unable to offer any partial refund for the stay. On top of that, $400 for two nights was incredibly overpriced for the experience. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel or any Best Western.

Kristin was the friendliest hotel clerk ever! The lady that ran the morning breakfast service was super friendly as well! The hotel was clean and close to the highway. The pool was nice and warm too. 5 stars. I would stay here again for sure.
