This place hit all the marks. Friendly and courteous staff. Every area I visited was clean: lobby, breakfast area, fitness center, halls, side staircase and my room. I had a king bed room. My bed was comfortable and room was huge. Breakfast was a good mix hid hot and cold, coffee was good and a bonus is the espresso machine. The fitness was probably one of the best I’ve used in a hotel. Plenty of parking even for trailer haulers. I would certainly stay again.

19 January 2020 Update: Returned to southern Illinois and spent another great night here. Allisia, Kenzey and Shane were superb hosts at the front desk.

16 January 2020: This newer (only 7 years old) hotel is excellent. We will stay here again when stopping in the area.

Spacious and very clean rooms. Extremely comfy beds and pillows. We only planned on one night and were going to stay in a motorhome the 2nd night. The accommodations were so great we opted to stay another night. Worth every dollar. Will be there again next year.

This is a Supreme BW Plus, it is beautiful, super clean and the staff is very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed a good nights rest after a late nite swim. Top notch fitness center as well. Without hesitation we highly recommend Oh, its next door to a walmart (just saying).

Maid service gave us fresh towels, but nothing else. I don’t know how you miss the bed like that. They prominently display how to digitally pay the maids tips all over the room though. The room’s printed tv guide is not even remotely close to what the channels are (the guide says, for instance, USA is 50 but the actual channel is “RF27-2”). The complimentary breakfast is nice though.

Great location. Super friendly staff. Breakfast available and decent, not many gluten free or vegetarian options. Clean room that was really large. Ask the locals for restaurant suggestions as many are very hit or miss. Proximity to Walmart is great. Pool was warm and gym was big and great for the area. Cookies at the front desk are nice too. Will stay here any time Im in town.

Rooms are nice the hotel is clean staff very helpful complimentary breakfast was average but good. For a hot breakfast. Pool was small but nice. No hot tub or spa but pool was indoors. There is a few places to eat close and across the road from a Walmart

Lady checking me in was rude! Yelling as soon as I came through the door “no early check in” didn’t even look me up! Sound racist to me! Be aware your card will be charged a different amount once you leave if you had an early check in! There was no price giving on the website about a $25 early check in fee! (If that’s the case my card statement would have been the same amount) The room smelt like dog! Had dog food in the bottom of yucky trash! Over $200 for a day!!! During the week at that!! No discount or nothing sent back to my card! Blacks stay away! It even said something about parking on my receipt!! With a whole free parking lot! I could have stayed 30 minutes away paid more for a room and parking! To have better service! Just because you have oh “ prices are subjected to change” in writing, doesn’t mean it’s not a scam!!!
