Very disappointed!!! I live only one mile away on golf course from the hotel. This is New Year’s Eve!! I told them at front desk that I was going to get 2 rooms but only to swim and let kids have a good time for New Year’s Eve. It’s 9pm and they said they would keep pool open til 10:30. I paid 300 for rooms to just swim…..we were not Loud. I have 5 kids. We were told that we had complaints of being too loud in pool. The kids were just swimming… I even went to the closest room to the pool and couldn’t hear a thing. This is rediculous!!’ Ruined our New Year’s Eve!! I will be calling head quarters. They don’t realize how much business I send them or who I am!!! The pool had water dripping everywhere from The ceilings!!! So if you didn’t want to get wet good luck. They should close down the pool and not advertise it if they don’t want you swimming.

Stayed here on 9/1/24. Hotel was very easy to get to from the interstate and had plenty of parking. Check in clerk was extremely friendly and professional. Room was very clean & quiet and the bed was comfortable. This hotel and staff were quite a bit nicer than an “upscale” property I stayed at the night before. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

This is a great hotel with wide hallways and nice carpeted rooms. The frontdesk always accommodates my requests with my dog. And the breakfast is really good. Not cheap like others.

Positive: Location and the staff are nice. Negative: It smelled TERRIBLE. It was super dated and not very clean. The pool was run down and there is no hot tub. Breakfast was made in small portions so you had to wait.

Great stay staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay. There are many restaurant nearby. Location was great. Room was clean, working all amenities Hotels doing some updating exterior and interior we’ve been coming to this location for last few years always notice they are doing something new

Clean quiet rooms. Slept well.
This facility is due for an upgrade but was clean. Breakfast was average for a hotel. I would stay again.
