8 of us in my family did the Holcomb's Lost Gold escape room and it was fantastic! The puzzles and clues were well thought out and fun to discover. Some of the activities were surprising and exciting, too. I have to say, too, that our 4 year old grandson was nervous about being in the room, so the staff turned off some potentially scary sound effects before we even entered - really thoughtful and appreciated. Loved the adventure of it and would highly recommend it!

When we first entered the building, we were greeted by the owner, Justin. We did the Holcomb’s Lost Gold room and my first expression entering the room was wow, it looks so cool. As we did the room, it was exciting figuring out all the clues. Once we completed the room, we spoke with Justin for a little bit and he’s a cool guy! The other two rooms were down for maintenance but my family and I are for sure going to come back and try the other two rooms. Again, Justin was a cool guy and I hope to see how the other two rooms are. Thank you Justin for your hospitality!

Recently did the Big bear asylum room!

The host was fantastic, nice understanding and tentative. Overall I enjoyed the whole setup, it was very well done. You'll need to use your brain quite a lot to figure out the puzzles in this one.

I can't wait to be back, and see what the other rooms entail.

So fun! We did Holcomb’s Lost Gold with two adults and four kids ages 6-9. They kids loved it! It’s an experience we all will never forget. It was our first time, but definitely won’t be our last. The puzzles and riddles were just challenging enough for teamwork, the set design and props were all high quality. We highly recommend this fun experience!

Sandra was super helpful from The get-go, from helping out when we made a mistake in the booking, to giving excellent game-mastery before and after the game.

We played the western themed ‘ Holcomb's Lost Gold’ and I was surprised at the excellent interior design. There was a lot of things to do and lots of cute tech, and surprisingly good effects and music. For a small town escape room I expected not much but I was pleasantly surprised! I would definitely recommend this room - we were a group of five with mixed experience levels and ages And we all enjoyed ourselves.

The escape room itself was great and we had a lot of fun! The game masters were super helpful and helped us change our room once we realized the one we booked was the most challenging and we only had 2 people. We still struggled with the one we switched to but i would definitely recommend Holcombs Lost Gold it was a lot of fun! We would definitely come back on our next trip to big bear.

This was such a great first experience with an Escape Room. My friends and I did Holcomb's Lost Gold Room. It was exciting and we really had to work as a team to figure out the puzzles. Garrett was an amazing Game Master. I can't wait to come back and try a different room. We figured out our room in 47 mins and made the leaderboard!
