Big Drip Auto Spa in Chelsea, Al. Is Amazing!! The owners and staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive.

They are always so kind when I see them.

They have small towels to use with glass cleaner, multi purpose cleaner, and air freshener sprays at each spot.

They also have hanging air fresheners that you can ask for to hang on your rear view mirror in your car.

They have amazing vacuums ( they work great!!) and mat cleaner machines for your car mats.

You guys are fantastic!!! A+

By far THE best car wash around. Friendly workers, super clean facility, very organized, always stocked with towels and sprays. Even if you get the most expensive monthly package, two washes and it pays for itself if you just buy single washes. Ask about multiple car discounts. Okay, these guys are amazing. Everyone who works here is great and have a very positive, upbeat attitude.
The road I live on recently became a very serious mud pit due to the good intentions of a volunteer. So my vehicle has been COVERED in mud. It looks like I take my tiny car mudding every day. That is how bad it is.
Needless to say, I have been running through the car wash multiple times a week because I can't let the mud keep piling on my poor vehicle.
The staff has handled my mud masked car like champions. I am forever grateful to them and their hard work.
If you are looking for a place to wash your vehicle weekly or as many times as you need, this is the place. Give these wonderful people your business. They are absolutely wonderful and will help you keep your car as clean as you need it to be.

We LOVE Big Drip Auto Spa. I'm not trying to bash the other carwash in town but seriously, they don't even come close to the service you get here. They are always super friendly and attentive. They have several wash packages to choose from and have vacuums, deodorizer, several different types of cleaners, towels, a sink and even a couple of floor mat cleaners! Sometimes the staff even comes around and helps you finish drying off your car! The only thing I would like to see is free windshield washer fluid. Their competitor down the street has it and my wife brings it up to me every time we go but honestly, that's not enough to get us to switch. Even without it we're loyal customers.

I just signed up for membership and it's been great. This is the only car wash in town that will support my 7" lifted truck with 12.5" wide mud terrain truck tires.

Best car wash that I have ever used!

I have gone 5 years only hand washing because I did not want the scratches that come from automatic car washes. After talking to the owner and seeing that they use superior machinery and products, I decided to give it a shot, and I am extremely glad that I did! No scratches and my truck came out looking great.

This is a family owned business, and everyone I spoke to was extremely nice and very knowledgeable.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Wonderful first experience. I had a free car wash to use and Lord knows I needed it. The young lady at the front quickly assisted me with using my coupon and sent me on my way. I must say the car wash did fairly well overall. There are several cleaners, towels, vacuums, mat washing stations available. The gentleman working today had the best attitude and assisted with drying vehicles, showing people how to use the mat cleaning machines, answering any questions anyone may have had. I'd definitely use this location again and recommend it if anyone needs a quick car wash.

Big Drip Auto Spa is the best in Shelby County. Don’t waste your money or time with Marc 1 or any other less than mediocre car wash. Locally owned and truly the best!
