Boris the Clown, our mischievous guide, added an extra layer of fun to the experience. With his wacky antics and unpredictable surprises, Boris kept us on our toes and laughing throughout the entire adventure. Just when we thought we had a puzzle solved, Boris would pop up with a playful twist or a cryptic clue delivered in his signature comedic style.

Thank you, Big Escape Room, for an incredibly fun and memorable adventure. And a special shoutout to Boris for being the best (and funniest) clown guide ever!

This was not a good escape room. They had us sign a payment waiver when we came in “because lots of people have been asking for their money back.” That should have been our first clue (no pun intended). When we walked into the room, two locks were already opened. We told the host and she didn’t fix it. A few things took a while to work after we had the correct code/placement of objects. Many of the locks were way too easy—so easy that we overthought them and it took us longer. We asked for a hint and just got told to do stuff we’d already done—seemed like they weren’t paying attention. We got out with over ten minutes to spare…would have been more time left if everything worked correctly. Production value very low. 🙁 host was sweet though. Giving it two stars cause we escaped and I appreciated the ego boost.

Experience was great, the room was very fun. The decorations were awesome, and our game master Naomi was a wonderful in guiding in the right direction when we got stuck. Definitely friendly for small and big groups!

Rooms were not checked to make sure they were working before they let us in. We were not told there was no AC. The room clues were not working. The videos that we had to watch also were not loud enough to hear. They were not able to accommodate us in anyway when we raised our concerns or let us discuss with corporate. Strong avoid.

Absolutely fun place for a date night or family fun. The rooms are challenging but it’s so much fun! Will be visiting again! Wish I could rate this 10 stars!

My friends and I did the Pharoah escape room and it was hard but it was awesome! Naomi was a great help from the clues to getting us situated in the beginning! Will come again soon!
