The information that is posted for your corporate hours of operation are incorrect. They need to be updated. My husband's locker was broken into at the Yonkers location. No one has contacted him regarding any helpful information. Not a call or email. Just a heads up to anyone using the lockers just don't use them. It's not safe and the workers are not helpful seeing the lock was damaged. I wouldn't be surprised if it was an inside job.

No wonder they filed for bankruptcy. From top to bottom, the management could not be worse. The Plainfield, New Jersey location did not notify its members that they would need to display a parking permit in the window while parking in Blink's lot... not until after ticket writers began issuing tickets. Several members, consequently, received parking tickets. Cynthia, the location manager, shirked away from any responsibility, and the city refused to acknowledge the gym's error, leaving multiple Blink members to pay a parking ticket they should have never had.
That's just one issue. The facilities have virtually no equipment, the staff doesn't know anything, and try canceling your membership without physically going into the gym. They intentionally make it impossible to do. Again, no wonder this location is closing.

I was charged an annual fee although I cancelled my membership earlier in the year. After sending several emails I was informed that I needed to go into the club for cancellation. At the club, the manager told me I need to reach out to corporate. Blink makes it difficult to cancel a membership

If there were negative stars, I would use them. This company seems just as shady as any of the other conglomerates. They take advantage of the people who are barely getting by, while at the same time filing for bankruptcy. I lost my job last month and have been trying to have this bill cancelled (to avoid fees and debt) and they continue to tell me the same thing. It seems so unfair that they are unwilling to cancel my membership without penalty while simultaneously making the world known that THEY ARE FILING FOR BANKRUPTCY and selling their brand. This is one prime example of how the system screws the little man. I literally only used their premises twice in a 6 month period. Please find another place to exercise and get healthy!!! This company seems just like any other capitalist pig, who can care less about their customers. Never again.

It takes a really terrible experience to make me go so far as to draft a negative google review. My experience with Blink has been horrific. You should only join this gym if you never intend to cancel your membership for the rest of your entire life.

When I went in-person to cancel, they suggested I contact client services to override a $100 fee that had been tacked onto my account. When I called the number for client services, they informed me that they have nothing to do with fees and are not authorized to override them. I called the Blink facility again and was then told to contact an email. I wrote to that email to request a cancellation, and was then informed that no one via that method could help me either.

This has got to be one of the least coordinated and unregulated teams of people I have ever had to interact with. My entire career has been customer service oriented, and I am certain I would not still be employed if I were to have the lack of authority, empathy, or information that it seems must be a job requirement at Blink.

Once again, save yourself hundreds or thousands of dollars and join a gym that cares about you. Better yet, buy a treadmill, take up rock climbing, join the circus - do anything active before giving your money to this corporation.

This is a scam company plain and simple. Once they have your credit card they will continue to charge it no matter how many times you try to cancel. Which they make virtually impossible without charging you more. If you tell him you're moving out of the area, they'll demand proof and have you write an email to corporate. I had to go to my bank and have them blocked from my account and get a new credit card just as an extra measure. I'm still dealing with the disputes so I can get the money they took from me back. I only wish I could give zero stars. Somebody needs to file a class action against these thieves.

They charge an annual fee on top of the monthly membership subscriptions which the sales rep at the gym will not tell you about even if you ask them directly if there are any additional charges. They require 45 days notice of cancellation and only allow you to cancel at the gym location. A customer service line that does nothing to handle issues with membership or a gym location. Unresponsive to feedback. An overall extremely hostile customer experience. I understand that it seems like a decent deal at first but the low monthly membership is not the amount you are actually billed once they apply a yearly maintenance fee, which they will charge even if you cancel before that next year starts. The gyms are poor quality and over crowded and there is no concern for safety issues. Its not worth it.

I had had a great overall experience at Blink fitness for 4 years until it was time to cancel my membership. The company stands behind policies and does not stand by their clients. Specifically being a wellness company it has been incredibly disappointing.

I moved out of New York State and needing to cancel my membership was hell! It is still is. I am fighting my annual membership which was automatically attempted to be charged November 6th and I literally physically went to the gym November 7th to cancel my membership as I was moving out November 9th. Up until this date, they are not able to waive the annual fee, nor wanted to cancel my membership in the moment. I had to send PROOF!!!! that I was leaving the state for them to cancel my membership and I am still fighting my annual fee.
