I started going to Blush when it opened in Dec '23 and just renewed another year of membership! I started without very little exercise background, but never felt out of place! All the wonderful trainers offer modifications if needed and you progress as you are able to. Every trainer and classmate is so welcoming and makes these workouts fun! Never thought I'd be someone to say a gym is fun! I recommend Blush to anyone interested in a new gym from beginners to pros!

I started going to this gym after joining a 6 week transformation challenge when I was just a few months postpartum. I ended up signing up for a membership when the 6 weeks was up, and not only did I get stronger mentally and physically, but i met a group of amazing women along the way! I had never been part of a gym before, and now it’s one of my favorite parts of the day! Plus there is free babysitting 😊 10/10 recommend BLUSH!

Blush is fantastic! The team is very supportive and encouraging. I never used some of the equipment before entering the gym. It’s NOT an intimidating environment. I’ve grown in muscle and confidence. The body scans are part of your membership. It’s been great to see my results on paper and in the mirror. If you are looking for an inclusive and welcoming workout experience, check out Blush!

I've been a BLUSH member for over a year and love not only the workouts, but the supportive community! The trainers give excellent instruction, adjustments and form corrections when needed, all while encouraging us to push ourselves. I 100% recommend blush! I have never been to a gym before starting Blush! I was very nervous that the work out wouldn’t be for me/to hard or that I would be judged! The minute I walked in I felt welcomed and was able to go at my own pace! The trainers are amazing and always willing to stop and help you!Not only are the trainers amazing but so are the ladies that you are along side during your workouts! The daycare service is also amazing! My children love going to the gym everyday and seeing their care providers, the trainers and their new friends!! BLUSH is amazing!
