Large, clean gym with plenty of equipment for everyone. It has more than enough cardio machines and weights so you don’t feel like your workout is being interrupted by other people and you can flow through it. Welcoming and nice staff at the front desk.

Love the expansion!!! It’s been over a year since I have been here and I showed up this morning with the parking lot looking full, I almost turned around because I didn’t wanna battle for every piece of equipment… but the expansion made it feel wide-open. I’m excited to come back, because there’s enough room for me to stay in my zone

Bunch of capitalists scammers their employees will lie to your face, so you will sign a contract and get ensnared into their little game of fees and more fees! Try to cancel your membership is nearly impossible. Highly recommend any gym but them! Only plus is nice equipment

Terrible customer service. No one at the front desk has ever been able to answer any questions about my membership (They claim their computer isn't working). My husband sent a letter in to cancel his membership 3 times and was back charged several hundred dollars in the meantime. Super unimpressed overall. Their gym is really nice, but the management is awful.

Changes monthly subscription price without any notification multiple times over the last 3 years, I had to send a certified letter a month in advance of my next billing cycle to cancel my membership (certified mail and insured). Despite doing this, I was still billed this month. When I tried to call the number on Google, the number was a fax number, and I had to talk to the website chat bot to find the Rexburg location number. When I called they said it takes 30 days to process a cancellation request, and that I need to cancel my membership TWO MONTHS in advance in order to account for how their systems work. I asked for a refund on this month because this was never told to me and isn’t anywhere to be found on the website, or their terms and conditions (see picture), they said no because it’s not how the system works. The best part is the amount they charged me for this month I was supposed to have canceled isn’t even the normal amount that I’m billed for my membership and I have no idea why.

If they can afford to give out $20,000 in prize money every year for someone who finds a rock, they can give me a refund on the one month I won’t be using their facility because I moved out of the state, especially since I’ve been a member at this gym for almost 6 years.

Been working out for most of my life. This is the best gym in the state. The staff are awesome and always nice. The equipment is really high quality too. Would 10/10 recommend

Gym is nice but membership is so expensive for low quality machines. I constantly get overcharged for my membership, even after speaking to management. Bodifi will overcharge me one month, and when I speak to management they say I won’t get charged the next month - but I still do. This has happened probably 4 times within the past year. Other than that, the gym is clean and staff is friendly.
