A perfect experience. Easy to order, communication was informative and pleasant, they set up it on time, and let me know in advance for pick up. The bounce house was clean and in great shape. We will definitely be using them again.

Bounce Genie was great! They worked out a perfect delivery for us. The set up was quick and easy. The employee was very friendly and professional. We got the mini tsunami and everyone said it was one of the best slides they have been on. The kids loved it! I will definitely be using them again.

We have used Bounce Genie at least 3 times and have always had a great experience. They have an easy to use website for reservations, which I love. They deliver on time and communicate through text to let you know when they are in route. Our kids have always had a blast. They ensure everything is clean and well secured. The staff has always been friendly when communicating including the delivery team.

Rented from Bounce Genie for the 3rd time this weekend. Always communicative, inflatables are of the highest quality, clean and so much FUN! We loved the 100ft obstacle course for kids age 2 - 12 at our block party! Pick up is smooth and the crew is so professional. I'll definitely rent again!

Bounce Genie has been nothing but great to work with. They go above and beyond to provide the best customer service with no extra add on costs, which is a common theme now a days! They let our girls bounce for extra time, one of our party go-ers lost an important ring, and they combed through the entire bounce house to find it!!
