Alex was a great host. She was very kind, cordial and helpful when needed! We successfully escaped from the Lost Lodge. The props were awesome and while she said it was one of the easier ones, I’m still thankful for my team because I don’t think I would’ve figure out some of the clues.

Attended for a work team building. This was my 2nd escape room experience, first at this location. Set was pretty basic. There was 1 clue which we got very stuck on and the hints were not helpful at all. Even after we asked for the code and reviewed with the Docent after the experience, it didn’t make sense. Other than that 1 issue, we were able to solve the room with less than 2 minutes remaining. Great for small groups.

My boys were there for a birthday party. They had really fun time there and enjoyed the time. They tried both escape room and gun fight. Seems gun fight room is kind of small so for a small group (maybe maximum of 8) would work

So much fun with the cleverest of puzzles with great clues! You actually can make progress and solve the levels while having a great time with your friends. This is the best one I’ve done! Completed it in 35 mins! We will definitely go back. Thank you Brainyacts.

My wife and I went for our anniversary to have a fun date night. It was fun and the clues are definitely challenging!! We had a great time and they helped us when we needed some help. Great place and I would recommend it!

Showed up for our 2pm escape room and no one was there. Employee showed up at 1:55 and was opening while we were waiting for the room. The outside of the building had papers taped all over. The inside was very dirty. The restrooms were disgusting and out of toilet paper. The room was a disappointment. It felt as if the room was thrown together in a day. The clues were VERY confusing in an easy room. The room was very cheesy. Overpriced. Lame. Don’t go.

We have done at least 40 escape rooms in Reno and this one was not even top 30. It's 100% not worth $30 per person and I'm disappointed. First our walky talky didn't work and the staff blamed us even though we hadn't touched it. Then, one of the clues was missing entirely and instead of either figuring out where the clue was or helping us find it ourselves, they just gave us the code that ended the game. We spent less than 30 minutes in the room and there was maybe at MOST 10 puzzles to get through. Again, with one of them missing. This was not fun and I would not ever spend $30 per person to go to this location again. I would highly recommend not going here unless you're taking your kids or have never done an escape room before. It's just not worth it.

3 friends and I booked the base package for the Rage Room at the location in Reno, on Longley. We’re all going through some stressful things in life and thought this would be a great and fun release to do together. The only items available to smash were a few small glass bottles. There was left over sheet metal from TVs I think, so we could hit those, but nothing more to actually smash. It might be worth paying for add ons next time. But the main disappointment was that we couldn’t go in together. On the brainy actz website it says groups can go in together but I see they have many locations in different states so maybe each location has different rules.. it would have been very good to know before we booked. One of our friends didn’t even go in to do any of it because she only wanted to participate if we did it together. I thought maybe they’d refund us for one person since only 3 of us participated. But it is what it is. It wasn’t fun or releasing in any way to hit a few glass bottles all by yourself. We looked into other places in Reno and Sparks afterwards and their websites say you can smash things in their rooms as a group, so if you’re looking for a rage room, it might be worth checking in with those places before you book. The gentleman that helped us was very nice but the other people on site that worked there but were “off the clock” as they stated were loudly messing around and cussing and talking so it was a little off putting. We didn’t leave feeling happy with our experience unfortunately so wanted to put this out there for the transparency for others that are looking to book a rage room here.
