Thank you for wonderful experience BUT definitely NEED IMPROVEMENTS

COFFEE SHOP IS STILL CLOSE. We’re excited to try out this place since it’s kids friendly and for parents a coffee shop. And reading some previous reviews is having the same issue.

The place is nice to try to connect your kids to other kids and toddlers. Also with parents.

TOYS ARE FROM either donation or Goodwill. The toys are somewhat organized but definitely not new and updated. Although they have fully functional piano and music instruments. They should have a PROGRAM that if you donate decent and functional toys you get a discount or at least a nice warm cup of coffee.

SANITATION INSIDE PLAYING AREA. Not that good since they only have sanitation pump outside before entering the play area. Could be more sanitize if they have each play room a wipes or alcohol pump.

It’s a great concept and idea during the summer for kids but hard to say that it’s clean. The floor has a type of film on it. That doesn’t seem to be cleaned regularly or washed on the foam mats you will find cracks and nooks with hair in them or dust. I also feel like improvement could be made. I’ve been coming here for a few weeks because I have a membership but every time I come even though, I’ll come when it first opens it’s always warm and as a parent who runs around with her kids, it gets even hotter so the AC doesn’t kick on till about 76° which now in the summertime it’s 90° before 10 AM. Which it does need to be cooler, that’s the point of coming here to not be outside and stay cool. Kids also move and are active so it needs to be much cooler. The mess doesn’t bother me because kids make a mess and there’s no point constantly cleaning after as the employees but the floors just seem unclean. Also an improvement I would make is putting some type of disposable covers when you go into the bathroom because you wear your socks when you go into the bathroom and then you walk around the entire play structure in those same socks, which there could be an accident that happened in the bathroom floor specially with kids it just seems wrong.

I had such an amazing experience planning my 1 yr old's birthday party with BusyKids, it was a blast. Kids were so entertained and parents got some time to relax, chat and catch up with others too. The party decorations were super professional and pleasing.
Special shout out to 'Colette'.. She was phenomenal and so eager to address all our concerns and request. She went above and beyond to make out party a success and now my friends want to celebrate their kids birthday with the BusyKids too.. yay...

Extremely displeased with my experience there today. There was a person painting there while the kids were playing today. Like painting the archways sure but also painting the walls in areas that even my 18 month old could reach. So I was on the lookout to keep her from touching the paint that I knew he had painted and left with no signs or prevention for any child to get into. But then we went and played on the plane play structure and I started realizing my child's hands and all over her clothes were blue! He had painted a play structure and just left it with no signage and did not block it off from kids playing on it. My child put her hands in her mouth with paint on them, her new clothes were covered in paint and ruined and her hands had to be scrubbed to get clean. I went up to the worker and she said oh let me put a sign on it. Didn't even offer to help me with my child. I will never be back again.

We recently had my daughter's 6th birthday party here and it was such a great experience. Their party package took care of the basics and they have all these food and decor add ons available to customize your needs. All the kids who had been there before were excited to visit again and all the ones who hadn't told me they had a lot of fun. Lots of room for the kids to run around - we were there for 2 hours and my daughter still didn't want to leave. The party room can be a little tight if all the guests and parents are in the room but it's manageable. My personal favorites were the coffee shop and their huge selection of drinks and eats and then the present cart is on wheels (!!) so you can haul everything to your car in one go. The owner is very friendly and you can tell really strives to make the space special for both kids and adults. We'll definitely be back!

Edit (Nov 30): I am changing my review. After I have seen the place, I decided to purchase the membership. This is when things went south. Seems like the employees are not well trained when it comes to memberships.

1. I called to cancel my membership. The employee confirms it was cancelled. Long and behold I get charged after it was confirmed over the phone that the membership was cancelled. I called again and they said that I had to email. I email and they asked me the name of the employee who said that as a way for me to prove that I am telling them the truth. I can't recall. So there is nothing they can do. Note that I had been a member for months now. So I don't get why I would lie about this but ok. It is painfully visible that their employees lack training.

2. Employees were not trained on the rules for the members. The website says you can stay as long as you want. Well, one lady at the Galleria location said it was only 2 hrs. Ok, fine. Also, after some months of being a member, I learned that a gift is included in the membership.

3. They also said that kids that are sick are not allowed. That is not true.

4. The Folsom location is pretty good in terms of how many things there are for kids. It is like a mini city. The Galleria location I guess it is just convenient. But my kid would get bored really fast since it is small. And he will ask me to just leave the place. So my recommendation is that membership for the galleria place might not be the best if your kid is like mine and gets bored with the same toys fairly quickly.

5. If you have a small child like I do be aware that there is bullying behavior by older kids whose parents are not present or not involved. The employee at the time did apologize for their behavior and I understand how hard it must be for her as well. But again it seemed to me that there is no protocol for managing bullying behavior. My kid was a 1 year old. And the kids we roughly 4/5/6.

In overall I do think they have a good place for kids and I am glad that it will exists. Just don't buy the membership and be aware of sick kids and bullies.

This place has become like family to us because we’ve loved bringing our kids here since they were *literal* babies. The environment is always clean and stimulating, with lovely updates from year to year. At home bunny visits have become a tradition since their conception during the early years of 2020. We’ve booked parties with BusyKids and they have always been willing to work with us in planning the perfect event. Couldn’t recommend this place more if you have kiddos!

So fun and so many things to do! Each little room has multiple self-serve activities and there are probably a dozen or more rooms. Lots of windows and doorways so it’s easy to find your kids. Bring socks!! (For the adults too!) Great place for a birthday party or just to get out of the heat. My ice chai was delicious.
