The rooms were a great price for what you have. A full fridge, dishwasher, 2 burners, a microwave. There was dishes and pots and pans. The base was really close which was nice since we were there for a ceremony and graduation the next day. Stores and restaurants were really close as well.
We did have a few issues which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. In my daughters room, her sheets had a huge stain on it that looked like blood and they tried to wash it out but that didn't work. It was pretty gross but the lady at the front desk moved her immediately into another room with no stains on the sheets. The second night there, we came back to tiny sugar ants on the nightstand and a few got on to the bed. We said something and 2 housekeepers came up right away. They couldn't move us but they cleaned the nightstand thoroughly and changed the bedding. We're not sure where they came from since we never placed anything in the night stand and they never came back so it was very odd. The staff was very nice and helpful and took care of any issues promptly and professionally.

This hotel should be a shining beacon for ots location. Hotel is located within a 5 minute drive to army base and also a 5 minute drive to downtown Columbus which is very convenient for my work and although this side of town is not considered to be the most desirable part of Columbus, I have stayed at this hotel location every week Monday thru Friday for the last 18 months and HAVE NOT HAD THE FIRST PROBLEM of any kind. Whether it be with the accommodations or surrounding area. To me the location is very convenient to everywhere I need to go, the staff treats me and my coworkers as family and hotel has everything needed to feel like a home away from home. As long as the location is available and my work continues to keep me returning to the Columbus area, I will not consider anywhere else to lay my head for a safe and comforting stay.

The front desk person that checked us in was very kind and personable. I had called to add an additional night to our reservation several days before but they had no record of it. However, she quickly remedied that and confirmed us for 2 nights. Place was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very nice and clean. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
