Excellent experience, start to finish. Found Johnathon on a car group and then again through detailer search. With detailing you're truly picking the detailer and then trusting their product choice and I feel Johnathon's business was the right fit for me. From my first call I received thorough and professional service, with explanations on options rather than just high level. He listened to what I wanted and found a solution for that, he did not try to upsell, simply informed me what other options existed without pressure. Met in person, saw his facility and it exceeded my expectations. I again want to emphasize the time he puts into customers, getting to know them and understand what they are looking for. I also appreciate that he was transparent and set reasonable expectations, he said "perfection is a fallacy" which is true yet some detailers may promise perfection. Ended up adding PPF and the car was dropped of as agreed, everything was on time and accurate pricing which was very competitive. Very pleased with the outcome and would certainly recommend and return.

I chose Carolina's Finest Detailing after seeing all the customer review pictures and YouTube videos Johnathon posted. I had him do front PPF and full ceramic coating to my new Model 3. As you can see from the pictures it looks absolutely stunning! You can't even tell the PPF is on it and the shine it puts off in the sun is incredible! I was really glad I decided to go with Johnathon and I will definitely choose his shop again for my future detailing needs. Thank you for the incredible care and time you put into my Model 3!

I brought in my BMW X6 M Competition for PPF, ceramic coating, racing stripes, and paint correction and I couldn’t be more impressed. This is a high-end vehicle, and I was looking for nothing less than perfection. These guys delivered.

From the first consultation to the final handoff, everything was handled with precision and professionalism. The PPF install is flawless - no edges, no bubbles, no corners cut. The ceramic coating added a slick, deep gloss that really brings out the aggressive lines of the X6 M. The racing stripes were installed with exacting symmetry, and the color correction made the paint look better than factory-new.

They treated the car like it was their own, and that level of care shows in the results. If you have a luxury or performance vehicle and want the job done right the first time, this is the team to trust.

He ceramic coated and PPF’d the car beautifully, and when I added a front splitter later, I went straight back to him to finish the job right.

Not only is his work flawless, but he’s quick, uses top-of-the-line products, and his pricing is more than fair for the quality you get. He also stands by his work, which is rare and genuinely appreciated. I’ve had cheaper work done in the past, and let’s just say I ended up with overspray I could never get rid of. Lesson learned.

I highly recommend getting your car detailed here! I have a used 2013 Subaru Outback and Jonathan made it look brand new. He takes pride in his work and did a fantastic job. Not only does he do a good job of making your car look great but his shop is very clean and he takes pride in keeping his shop cleaned and organized! Pick up and drop off were super easy and, even with a busy schedule, Jonathan was constantly updating me on his availability and progress on my car.

It’s so refreshing finding someone who takes pride in their work and is a true master of their craft. I recently purchased a low mileage 2021 Tundra; however, the previous owner did not care for the paintwork like I do. Enter Dr Swirl Killer, he did a phenomenal job doing a 2 step correction and ceramic application. He thoroughly exceeded my expectations and got the truck looking better than brand new. I kid you not, the gloss of the paintwork has the truck looking like it glows in the dark. Will definitely be getting my 4Runner and future vehicles done up here!
