Oh this has been going on for awhile, I try and keep the money over my bills there, do to I hate even calling them for anything. I had called 3 yrs ago over there Meter, told them I could not get it to cut off to my home so I could work on the water. Was pose to fix nope,called again first of this your because a pipe busted and I need to fix but once again do to Meter could not. Took a wk to fix pluse they pulled the meter. I got charged for not being able to turn there meter off and water kept running, because it was broke. So today the cut my water off after I just spoke to them less than 2 wks ago, one more snotty female behind a phone. So on the bill they took a 30$ bill jacked to 50 then, want another 50 to cut it on. But when you speak to these women they don't give you im charging another 50 on top. Then the answer at the drive threw is well that is your place to now, not ours to tell you. Talking about a woke company. Just as the manager told me it was my fault I could not cut my water off this year do to there broke parts they did not want to fix for 3yrs. I should put a cut off value at my home for there faulty parts. So it was only right I pay the almost 100 dollar bill fighting them so I could fix. It's my fault they did not up date my info. It's my fault they do not say hey when you pay It's a extra 50 witch is over charge, for poor water quality to begin with. So if you want to be miss treated and told it's all your fault then move where u have to deal with this company.

Our water bill has been increasing over the past few months. We requested that someone come out and do a check for us. Chris came out and was able to determine that our water pressure was extremely too high and suggested that the pressure reduction valve might be bad. We replaced the valve and Chris came back by to check our water pressure, voluntarily, so we knew that we had fixed the problem. Chris went out of his way to assist us with this problem and we greatly appreciated his customer service, going above and beyond to help us out. Thanks, Chris, for your excellent customer service and knowledge!

I was charged a late fee even though I paid my water bill on time. C.U.D.A. is taking a page from our crooked county commission.
I guess they got to pay for the nasty Chattanooga Water being bought due to all of this out of control building in our county!!

Frist, if LACK of decency was a human being - Kristy would be the face picture of it. I have never worked with a public service company that operates INTENTIONALLY in bad faith. We have paid $3000+ over the last few months in water. I have called, asked for documentation, asked for meter reads, asked for tickets: and all she understood from clearly documented emails and recorded phone calls was, "you wanted me to close your account and start a new one...this bill added is the new connection fee." I have been seeking help to fix a SIGNIFICANT problem. She told me, "I cannot provide you any written information about it" when I asked for a write up of the information that she was reading saying that her guys went out and wrote, "leak is on customer's side." I asked her to screen shot, send in a response email, type out...anything...to which she replied, " we are just going in circles. This conversation is ending because I already told you what we can't do."

Woke up with our water turned off this morning after payment didn’t get to them on time for the first time in 18 years. When my husband called, a rep named Christy Jackson told him, “That’s life,” and that it wasn’t her problem. Very rude customer service. They also charged a $50 reconnect fee despite us never having any prior issues with our account.
But then they asked us via messenger to remember we hadn’t had any issues other than them cutting our service off in 18 years when we left an impression on their image?!

Moved to Georgia 3 years and 4 months ago. I feel I had no problems with the company but just Recently, I had unexpected death in the family that I had to pay for services, my water bill I had paid ahead before any monies for services to be withdrawn but the services was taken out before the water bill funds were taken out due to slowness. I received a returned check and late payment. I called office yesterday after I received an automated call of a deadline of payment or water will be turned off, I explained why it occurred due to expenses to pay for funeral arrangements, it didn’t matter to the them pay by 8am the next day or no water. There is no sympathy or compassion from them, no sorry for your loss, with emotional roller coaster dealing with, to be given an ultimatum pay or no water, then there is a convenience fee just to pay the bill. thank you so much for caring about your customer.

I never have a good experience they do not care about their customers.To make a one day extension , you have to go to the office or go on line and and fill out a frome and half the time the website doesn't even work!!

Absolute garbage company, but it is our only option for water so I guess they will continue to get away with it. They shut off my water even though I had automatic billing set up, because their dumb online system allowed me to set up automatic billing for a date which they said is past the due date. A ridiculous concept- automated late bills! Non existent customer service, I went in person to solve the issue and they said to solve it online. Lady, your online system is what caused the issue in the first place! BE WARNED, read the fine print. On my bill this month, I noticed they say they will be adding a $10 "base fee" to all bills starting on February 15. This place should be shut down, completely unethical.
