Jurassic park escape room! I loved that I could book for two and still have a private experience. Very engaging and fun experience. Parking lot can be a little sketchy after dark.

I purchased a Groupon for my sons birthday almost a month ago now. Great deal I thought, how wrong I was. More like a great expensive headache. The reservation was made for the wrong date. When I contacted Chronos escape room to request a refund the employees informed me they do not give refunds. I was never answered or contacted by a manager only the regular employees, unacceptable. I've played phone tag with the employees ever since my 1st call almost a month ago and have only ever been contacted by them, never by a manager, until recently now my voicemails are going unanswered. The only compensation they are offering me is to reschedule for $10 a person which for my party of 6 is an additional $60. I've already spent almost $200 that would bring my total to almost $300. I am a single mother of 4, that amount is a big deal for us. The employees have said they have no control over Groupon deals. That does not make sense, since the company profits from the purchase made on Groupon they should be able to refund it. This makes me believe they are running a scam on unsuspecting victims and they are making their money through deceit. What shady business practices, they should a shamed of themselves. Beware of Chronos escape room and Groupon (they have no customer service to speak to or contact) for that matter. Save your money and go elsewhere, avoid them at all costs. I will be putting this same review on all platforms I can access so hopefully no one has to go through this again.

If you like the "Game Of Throne?", you must play this "The Last Winter❄". If you like to decrypt and do not like the story of the escape room, you can also choose this theme ? The boss likes a variety of games, the secret room props's designs are amazing. All the staffs are very friendly, very conscientious and responsible to drive the atmosphere. Those who like strong storytelling and interactive, then you can try the pirate theme. There are about 10 themes, horror ? fairy tale ? urban? and so on?

This escape room was the most engaging and intricate one my group has been to. FYI, it would have been helpful to know which rooms do or don’t have disability accommodations in advance.

So much fun! Great experience for a first escape room. A lot more than I had expected.

The rooms consist of multiple chambers which was cool considering I had gone thinking it might just be a single reversible room w/ several puzzles. It reminded me of a more advanced version of the final challenge in that old show on Nickelodeon, "Legends of the Hidden Temple." I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an exciting escape room experience for a group of family, friends, co-workers or even as an ice breaker. The staff is also very welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

Update: We've done 6 rooms now. Always an amazing time! We're hoping to beat them all over time. My favorite so far is still the dinosaur themed room but now my second favorite is Voyage of the Sea Serpent. We have 2 rooms left now.
