Clash eSports & VR Experience at OWA

Not a friendly experience at all. I walked in and one of the two guys that were playing on the computers greets me and I told him it was our first time… he looked at my son and said “he’s probably too little for anything we have here” and he turned around and continued playing his game. HE IS 8!!!!!! Didn’t care to show us around or explain what the place was all about. Extremely disappointed!

After seeing some SNES and N64 advertising on the windows I stopped in this shop thinking this was a retail store, I collect retro games and wanted to check out the selection. In the glass case, I was very disappointed to see counterfeit reproduction N64 and SNES game cartridges. This place may be good to bring children to enjoy eSports, but if your a game collector you could be scammed here if you don't know what to look for. 08/06/2023

Loved the selection of games, has a genre for everybody. From kid friendly to shoot em ups and all in between. Assistant manager was extremely helpful and knew exactly what he was talking about. An amazing environment with very good consoles and computers. Would recommend highly ?.

Poor Experience. Extremely long load times and somewhat buggy systems. Of the hour we paid to play about 40 mins were spent on set up and load times for a simple game. Would not recommend.

Few children from Gulf shores school was rewarded with free pass so we took our children to check this place out .To our surprise not everything was available even coupon stated very clearly ONE HOUR FOR ANY OF YOUR FAVORITE .The receptionist was very polite and called owner but owner deside not to honor our coupon So after long wait kids just played ex box ,, well we have same thing at home.I believe she could done better . We will let school know what happened so in the future our kids get a true reward for good grades.

When I went into clash esports there was this large brown haired man who was sitting at a computer. He barely greeted us and never got up or responded to our questions. You could tell that this man is very lethargic. NEEDS TO BE FIRED 10/10 would not recommend .

Zack was AWESOME! Great AC fun between soccer games! We’ll definitely come back with more friends next time! Highly recommend the dodge ball & parents video! Hilarious!!!

Not as advertised. Front desk girl extremely rude. Didn't seem to want to work. No one else in the place. She said they only had 1 virtual reality set. We had 2 kids that wanted to play VR. She wasn't helpful so we left without wasting money
